If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Each & every single time I’ve come for my appointment, it’s ALWAYS delayed by at least an hour. What’s the point of having an appointment if you cant adhere to the timing?
Came here multiple times, got asked previously if we were okay to let our seat up to someone else.
Today, 9th December, a couple made noise because they couldn’t wait any longer, staff attending to them, went in the room to tell the other staff that they couldn’t handle them so they’ll have to let them be next in line. Came out, said to the couple they will most likely be next in line. (i was next btw), they did not bother to even check if we were okay to let up our seats to someone else & allowed them in because they were making a fuss.
Should rly improve on the service/waiting time & not just say “we’re understaffed”. If you know you don’t have enough staff working on that day, don’t take in that many appointment? 😃
Ps. My appointment was at 9.25am, we waited & left the clinic finally, at 12pm 🙂
How efficient & professional.
this is a fake white bee hoon. the way they cooked it, the bee hoon and the soup are not homogeneous, they tasted bland and awful. avoid at all costs before you detest white bee hoon.
Price is affordable and in that perspective this is not bad for a 10 sgd ramen. Ofcourse, if you are looking for something real, this would not be the best choice.
super clean toilets with many surface areas and mirrors. the vanity station is such a nice touch! however they don’t provide paper towels. hand dryer are by the sink makes so much sense. the lighting also is not glaring. 4/5 would take a poop here
Wisma Atria has always been one of my go-to spots whenever I’m around Orchard Road. It’s right in the heart of Singapore’s main shopping district, and what I love most about it is the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and variety. Unlike some of the newer or flashier malls nearby, Wisma Atria has this classic, familiar vibe that makes it feel welcoming every single time.
The location couldn’t be better — it’s directly connected to Orchard MRT station, so you can get there easily without worrying about the weather. Once you step inside, the air-conditioning hits you just right, and the layout is easy to navigate. It’s not overwhelmingly huge, but it has everything you need: fashion, food, lifestyle, and a few hidden gems if you take the time to explore.
The retail selection is solid. There’s a good mix of international and local brands — from Coach and Tory Burch to affordable fashion outlets and beauty stores. I like how Wisma Atria manages to stay stylish without being pretentious. It doesn’t scream luxury, but it feels modern and polished. The Japanese department store Isetan is one of the anchors here, and it’s a great place for quality finds and imported products.
The dining options are another highlight. Whether you’re in the mood for a full meal or just a quick coffee, you’ll find something. The Food Republic food court on the top level is a personal favourite — clean, comfortable, and filled with local dishes like Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, and char kway teow. If you prefer something more café-style, The Providore and Starbucks are perfect for a coffee break or casual catch-up. There are also great options for Japanese and Korean cuisine scattered around.
What I also appreciate about Wisma Atria is how clean and well-maintained it is. The restrooms are spotless, the lighting is bright but warm, and even on weekends when Orchard can get crazy crowded, the atmosphere here feels a bit calmer compared to its neighbours like ION Orchard or Takashimaya. The glass façade and open-concept layout make it feel spacious and welcoming.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, and the lifts sometimes get busy. But these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent shopping experience.
Overall, Wisma Atria strikes the perfect balance — not too posh, not too chaotic. It’s the kind of mall where you can shop, dine, and relax without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Whether you’re a tourist exploring Orchard Road or a local looking for a dependable hangout spot, this mall delivers every time.
I’ve been coming here for years, and it still remains one of my favourite malls in Singapore. A true Orchard Road classic that never goes out of style! 🌟
Arrived at Wisma Atria concierge to only see the signage “will be back in 15 mins” placed on the countertop. Waited for more than 15 minutes with no sight of any concierge staff. This is really disappointing as there is no knowing of when the concierge staff will return. There should be an indication of the timing that the staff will be back as 15 minutes is very vague. Moreover even after waiting at the counter for more than 15 minutes, the staff still has not appeared. In the end, redemption of vouchers for spending more than $1000 is not possible even though it’s by no fault of consumer.
