Don’t be fooled by all the great reviews. 5 star reviews are for sales service. But the quality of their jewellery is cheap and the after sales support is close to none. Avoid buying their ear studs/ earrings at all cost! My husband bought a pair of Akoya pearl ear stud earrings for me. Supposed to be top grade. Used less than 3 times and the backstop design is so lousy that it kept coming loose several times and inevitably one of the pearl stud dropped out got lost. Never had this issue with any of my earrings before even the cheap taobao ones. Reached back to sales person in the outlet for help. They pacify you and tell you to contact their general customer service hotline and lied that their founder monitors and follows up on issues personally. Absolutely not the case. The customer support didn’t even accept any responsibility in this matter and did not even bother to offer a single cent as compensation or bring the matter to their manager for attention. Lost $400 in a few days with absolutely no support and after sales guarantee.

Had a marvelous shopping experience at Pearly Lustre today. Was served by Daniel and Michelle and they were extremely patient and attended to our numerous queries. Beautiful pearl jewellery with many different designs and price ranges. Thank you very much to Mira for her patient service, facilitating our selection process with the tablet so that she can bring out the designs we favourited. Had a pleasant experience when I was window shopping around the mall and stop by this store selling pearl accessories and jewellery. Was served by Eva and she’s very patient in explaining the various pearls used for their jewellery and helped to choose some of the designs which I might like and within my budget.
