Very disappointed! I bought my trench coat and have it altered. I tried checking if already available for pick up, NOBODY is picking up any of the contact numbers posted on their official websites. The sales who assisted was super accommodating during the selling process but now i cannot reach him nor the shop itself. Feels like a purchased it from a fly by night company. Is this the value i pay paid for?

We had went to Burberry Orchard Paragon, and was attended by candy and Kelly with regards to product enquiry on Cotswold. We had a very pleasant engagement with them with their friendly and keen to help attitudes. The rest of the staff are helpful too when approached. Great team and wishing them a blessed Sunday.👍

So good! Better than expected. You’re allowed to sample which is nice. Got the black sesame with mochi. Flavour is rich but not overboard, mochi texture is soft and easy to chew! Would return for it 🫶🏻 🥰 @onmineplate on Instagram for more foodie hunts …

Got the black sesame and chrysanthemum on a cone. The black sesame was very icy, likely not defrosted properly. Chrysanthemum was nice and strong but also extremely sweet. The biggest disappointment was definitely the cone, tasted like any other mass-produced waffle cone.

Don’t know why 4pm in the afternoon the shop is closed. The staff is there. But she said it’s CLOSED! Is it break time? No idea. When will they reopen? No idea. No info. Not really interested in selling ice cream I guess. Haha… gone to the next shop!
