Great experience at Balenciaga store. It was very crowded because of launching the new collection, media, customers, but I did not feel unwelcome there. I had all attention what I needed. Jonathan is amazing and helpful consultant.

Came in the other day just as the store was about to close (I didn't know until after) and approached one of the sales advisors if he could how me an item I had seen online. He was wearing spectacles and looks like he's in his late 30s, seemed extremely annoyed that he had to serve me - mind you, if you didn't want to do so just say that item is unavailable so I could leave instead of giving subpar service with a sourpuss look on your face which made me not want to purchase anything. Do better uncle.

Balenciaga getting better here at paragon, since they include mens collections and footwears. Damn the new Track Sneakers are dope as hell!

The whole shop is closed only for 5 customers, with a long queue building up outside. Not sure if this is what Balenciaga brand is worth or if the sales staffs are not well trained. Definitely thumbs down for the service. Would never return to this outlet or even other outlets
