Sis-in-law and I visited this store again, we both like the designs, quality, and comfort from Pazzion. Both the staff (see pic) from last evening were friendly, patient and professional..despite the long queue and number of customers seeking assistance, they continued to attend to our requests, and with a smile too. Great shop experience here, especially from this visit. Love the platform sneakers, finally found what I've been looking for!!

This is my favourite place to buy Scones 👍🏻. They have some irregular sale at a discounted price or like this one “buy one get one free”. Their Scones is way better than other bakery shops. You definitely want to try if you miss UK. I used to buy frozen burger from M&S too but they don’t seem to have it now. …

Marks & Spencer is well known for clothing. Other than clothing I like range of food M&S have. I like different types of bread and vegan items available here. Vegan Mayo is real tasty. Lets get back to clothing, I like to buy kids clothing from here. Good for plus size people where most of the clothing brands does not have such size M&S have it. Usually I find value for money at M&S.

I was served by Josephine at the lingerie section earlier this week and her diligence and patience is remarkable. The items I wanted were already taken off the shelf and after promising me that she would look for it in the storeroom nearby, she had to dig in several cartons. I did not know it was so "buried" as she did not complain at all and did not say anything negative (eg, that it may not be found), and best of all, she found them!! Very rare in customer service these days, must praise.

My first time buying Pazzion shoes. Prices seem to have increased. $83 for ballet flats and $96 for frilly flats. When I try them on in the store, they felt soft and comfy. I wore one of then today and it didn’t feel as comfortable. Guess shoes need time to break in. Hopefully it improves over time.
