I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent customer service experience at Welcia's Orchard MRT branch. On Friday, April 18, I purchased a product. Upon arriving home, I realized that I had mistakenly taken the wrong design due to the different designs being displayed together. Today April 20th, I returned to the store to request an exchange. However, your staff member, Kartina, informed me that an exchange was not possible because I had paid via ShopBack and should have returned on the same day of purchase. She also stated that an exchange was not possible without the receipt. Although I have an online copy as a member, she insisted that exchanges are not allowed. I have often made purchases via ShopBack and have never encountered this issue. Moreover, this incident would not have occurred if the similar products were not placed together. Not only is the service unreasonable, finding a platform to provide feedback is also difficult. Is this company even functioning properly?

29 Nov around 6.45pm, I was browsing in the store near the cashier when someone bumped into me quite hard (hard enough to almost trip over). I thought it was an accident at first but when I turned around to see, it was a female staff member, and she didn’t apologize. The other staff at the cashier were laughing away after that. I didn’t think anything was off; there are rude people everywhere. I only realized the female staff had bumped into me on purpose when the cashier staff were laughing and joking, saying “Wah, you trying to start a fight?” The female staff said yes. “Every time you come in, you always try to start a fight!” (Something along those lines.) From the way they joked, I assume this is a common occurrence and they’ve gotten away with their bad behavior often enough to treat customers however they like. I left immediately because I was angry. Terrible experience.

They have a good selection of Asian skincare brands that are not available in other personal care stores. However, they have misleading price labels. I was looking around on 13 December and their prices displayed were sale prices until 12 December. I only got to know the item was no longer discounted when I was at the cashier. When I told the cashier their price labels were outdated, she simply said “Oh ya sorry the price doesn’t apply today. ” but there was no follow up to say they will update it. Such a waste of my time looking around only to realise they aren’t having sale.

The cashier lady name Goh Jing Ying is very rude and even raise the voice to shout the customer. She is very impatient and show the blacn face when doing her cashiering duty. Hope the management can seriously look into this matter.

🟣 Welcia-BHG Orchard ( 日本 shop) 437 Orchard Rd, #B2-01, ●Orchard MRT Station, Singapore 238878 ❇️ I came here several times to this Welcia BHG pharmacy to buy the Japanese toothpastes and other pharmaceutical items. 🟨 This Japanese pharmacy is very easy to access. ✅️ It is sited at a corner adjacent to Orchard MRT Station. ❇️ It is actually situated at one end of the tunnel linkway-passage pathway from Tangs Dept store to Orchard Mrt station at B2 level. 🟨The cashier staff are always friendly and helpful as usual. 💜 I Love using their Sato brand Acess Japanese toothpaste. 🩶 This Acess toothpaste may be pricier than the regular toothpaste, but it absolutely cleans the teeth very well and removes all plaque. ✅️So it is worth it.

I'm quite surprise with the bad reviews here. However I was here yesterday to repurchase their Amazing bhg moisturizing mask. I must say I was very impressed with their excellent customer service especially the Filipino lady (which I didn't manage to get her name) and the cashier guy Gosse. I'm really amazed with his service that he would go extra miles to get the mask for me eventho the mask is sold out in their outlet. Honestly is "very rare" to find a staff who really put in effort and go beyond to help their customer. I truly love the top notch friendly and professional customer service that I’ve received from both of them!👍👍 Keep it up! :) Definitely will return to this store again
