Products are great. Staff aren’t interested. I asked one of them for their help to look for something. She said she’ll check. When she came back she just stared at me. I asked her if it’s available. All she said was “no”. Total turn off

We went into an empty Zegna store and there was NO SALES PERSON anywhere to be found, we said “hello hello??” No one answered or showed up. We saw an asian couple trying on shoes (customers) and approached them asking “where is everyone?” Only then did we see the ONLY sales person in store, a Caucasian person (bule guy) who arrogantly said “we are busy!”. I replied “what do u mean busy ur store is empty” .. so rude! Hope u go bankrupt!

Earnest service from Yi Jia, she put down what she was packing to retrieve perfumes from the stockroom for me to try. Her helpful and friendly manner impressed me. Zegna perfumes are now difficult to find locally, but thankfully still sold here. The Triple Stitch perfume collection in particular has minimal marketing and attention, but all three are artistic masterpieces.
