Gold standard for customer service. Both Fizie and the supervisor Joey went above and beyond with their assistance and courteousness in helping me with an unorthodox request.
I don't usually shop at Zara, but if the service is like this in other outlets, I definitely will be in the future. Many thanks Fizie and Joey.

The Zara outlet at Bugis, Singapore, is a great shopping destination for both men and women. It offers a wide variety of stylish and trendy clothing at moderate prices, making it an excellent choice for fashion enthusiasts.
The store maintains the same high standards you’d expect from Zara globally, with a well-organized layout and a good balance of casual and formal wear. The staff is attentive and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
If you’re looking for fashionable outfits at reasonable prices, this Zara store won’t disappoint!

Zara store in orchard central Singapore. Not a big one as usual, but this store has pretty much all the new collections

Can't believe I find myself reviewing a Zara. One bonus star for having reasonable styles. The entire shop is unorganized, team members not trained to take payments and operate registers, fittingrooms closed and when asked to use we've been met with a very direct (borderline rude) "go use downstairs".

Worst service, voucher not yet expired but demand not accept.
Another customer return clothes with tagged also not allowed, based on the returning policy.
Another customer paid with a debit card and was not able to get a refund.
The moral of the story is never to shop from Mark & Spencer group or Zara.
I will never shop from Zara, Mark & Spencer for the rest of my life.
I complaining the service and clothes quality overpriced and not good quality also. Low quality policy.
There is no need to spend any on any goods there.
Also a lot of products are made in Bangladesh.

This store has 4 storeys with both men and women, lots of stairs. For it's size the number of fitting rooms is insufficient hence usually there's a queue as they don't usually open all fitting rooms. Usually only level 1 is open, at times level 3 as well on weekends, however Ive never seen all 3 levels of women's fitting rooms are open (likely insufficiency staff). Usually paying there will be a queue as well.

[Poor staff attitude & customer service @ Zara 313 Somerset]
Store visit: 20 Oct 2025, approx 5pm - 5.30pm
Upon purchasing a top from the men section, I requested for a new piece. Male staff asked to wait for 5mins as he is arranging to have item delivered from upstairs. As such, we went around browsing the men’s section.
After more than 5mins, we went back to payment counter to not able to find the staff, we asked other staff we could find within the store but was given the cold shoulder and asked us to wait a the side, tone of communication was very unfriendly and poor, without any interest to help as they continued to “get busy with their own matters”.
We left the store (not purchasing in the end) very disappointed with the standards of service efficiency despite the store not being very busy, the staff wasn’t overwhelmed attending to customers as well.

Been shopping at this outlet for years but couldn’t return a blemished dress with tag intact because we did have the physical receipt anymore. Didn’t accept by bank app info. Will avoid this outlet and Zara going forward

Place feels like a thrift store with insufficient staff. Items are messy & trashed all over. Clothes are so densely packed, making it hard to browse.
Expected morbetter standards from a company of this status.

Zara has plenty of nice clothing, but this skirt is poorly made. The seams are unfinished with loose threads, making it look cheap. After wearing it just twice, the fabric started pilling, with tiny fuzz balls forming all over the waist level surface. Worse, the lower part of the zipper began pulling away from the fabric, making it difficult to zip up. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price.
