The service that I had received from them was first class and excellent. I was served by the sales girl named Karis. She was very patient to go into great details with me as I had many queries and doubts. My left eye was lazy eye, I wanted to do progressive lens for both short and long sighted. She really put in efforts to get the exact prescription for my eyes. Furthermore, I came in at 8pm and they were closing at 830pm. She willing to stay back until I was done. Thank you very much for the extra miles.

Great and efficient service by Jason. Very deftly and professionally adjusted my glasses, fits nicely and comfortably now. From Great World City to Wheelock Place, he is always very attentive to what i needs. Thank you Jason.

Really excellent customer service. I needed the lenses in my glasses replaced and Karis was very thorough - went through the eye test and even offered to clean and tighten my other sunglasses!

Zoerin does a very professional eye test, no pressure or rush. Takes her time to make sure you get the best prescription. They also have a super selection of frames.

Frequented this shop numerous times. Bought 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses for myself over the last two years. Took my nephew to buy his contact lens. Then recently took my mom to get her a new pair of glasses. Expensive place but I justify that by their service and attention to details. However on my last visit bringing my mom to collect her glasses, they passed her the glass, didn’t bother to adjust it to see if it fits as they normally would, and all the time, the lady receptionist repeated numerous times to me, “the balance of the payment is xxx”. I questioned if they should be helping my mom to make sure the new glass fits and the guy in the shop said, “if it doesn’t you can always come back and refit it”!!! This is not the service I was used to. Another guy and the optician were much better… they were not around yesterday morning, Thursday 14 April. I will not be returning to this place for sure.
