Happened to pass by and saw this fantastic store. Madeline and Yun Jing are very patient, showing me all the spectacles and letting me try based on my preference, including the style, weight, brand etc. Then they did a thorough examine on my eyesight, buying Nikon lens on top of the frame. Great Experience.

I've been taking my child to visit optometrist Agnes for her eye check since two years ago, and it has always been a positive and enjoyable experience. Agnes has extensive optometrist expertise. She is meticulous, provides excellent customer service, and has experience working with children. My girl really likes her. I’m happy to go to her whenever I require eye consultation as well. You'll definitely be in good hands with Agnes!

I wish to commend W Optics's manager Madeleine, who assisted me with my Custom spectacles. I have a mild-mid case of photosensitivity that requires me to wear Deep red lenses . and upon hearing my troubles of making a deep red tint + my myopic settings . she assured me that their fabrication site overseas will be able to do it with a sample of the redness. Super professional and exceptional staff. I eventually did it in the Bedok Branch as i stay there but kudos! to the entire W Optics Team :)

Made my second pair of spectacles here! This time its a Nikon glass lenses with my high prescirption and a Oakley gun metal frame. the Manager Madeline is so patient and professional in helping me to adjust the fitting. See the newest pic attached ;)

Great service from Yun Jing from the Centrepoint outlet. Very highly recommended! She was very patient, detailed and helpful in providing advice and tips around wearing softlenses.
It was my first time experiencing such detailed eye check-up and lense fitting. She didnt rush to get my eye check-up, and she was very detailed. She also gave me some tips on how to fix the eyes issues based on the assessments.
She was also quick in responding to my queries via mobile chats.
When I visited WOptics to collect my softlenses, although I didnt buy my glasses from WOptics, she even offered to fix my glasses, as I’ve been wearing loose glasses for 90% of the time. She took the time to fix it, and I was a happy customer, got my lenses and my glasses fixed on that same visit. Post- collection, she also did follow-up check on how I was doing with the new softlenses.This is true service that I truly appreciate, so thanks Yun Jing & WOptics, keep it up!😊
I highly recommend to do eye check up & lense fitting especially if you have sensitive & dry eyes like me. Not all lenses fit our eyes profiles. They will let us try multiple brands of lenses based our eyes assessments. This will ensure you select the right lenses that provide best comfort to your eyes.

Why your staff so anxious to take picture on her surroundings shop and ask me to moved away twice .( 14 Oct at ABT 1210hrs )
Regardless of the reason, it would be more courteous and less disruptive to take such photos when customers are not present or after they have finished their shopping. Perhaps the staff member could have waited until you had made your selection or taken the photos during a less busy time.
