I had an excellent experience visiting W Optics in Centrepoint 31st December 2024. Madeline Yang, who helped me, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain my options, including current promotions, and helped me to choose the perfect pair of glasses with progressive lenses plus I upgraded my sun glasses with the new lenses (thanks to promotion!). The eye exam was thorough and professionally conducted, ensuring I received the right prescription.
It’s worth mentioning that the shop had a great variety of frames and lenses to choose from and the quality was top-notch.
I am very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Bought another pair of my favourite Swiss flex glasses. Service and speed was great. They adjusted the frame perfectly.
6 months later. A tragedy and there was a crack in the frame and there was no event like driving over it with a car or eaten by my dog (happened before. Same brand)
Brought it back. Looked after by Jason and under no promises, he passed them back to the importer and was replaced. Wow. Talk about service recovery (especially as W was not the importer) for the brand itself.
