Saw many local celebrities tried this salon so decided to give the anti frizz treatment a try. I saw many feedbacks online as well saying no hard selling and all. Went there this week, it was so bad, the anti-frizz did nothing to my hair. My hair wasnt the super frizzy type to begin with, after the anti-frizz treatment, my hair started falling like crazy. Other than that, initially the plan was to spend $99 as advertised but ended up spending $180++ because they wouldn’t let me go until i buy their package or their product despite being in a rush. Not sure whats her name i think it was May or something - lady with blonde curly hair, kept trying to get me to buy their packages ($700) and when i refused she kept insisting that I buy their hair products (close to $114). In the end, i bought the hair products lol but didn’t use it at all…However, upon seeing the receipt, i was quite happy because she forgot to charge me for some services 🤣. Overall wouldn’t go there again…🥲

Excellent service by Kelvin and Hebe! Kelvin has provide good advise and skills for the hair colour for my event and dress code. Treatment service done by Hebe was very thoroughly and she gives good head and neck massage,making you very comfortable for the session.

I went to Vintage Studios with my sister for a scalp treatment, and it was such a good experience. The staff who took care of me, Cody and Jeff were super friendly. Cody explained everything about the treatment in detail and what was best for us but didn't pressure us to upgrade, which I really appreciated. Jeff was also very enjoyable to chat with—he kept things light and fun and was the one who did the treatment for me.
We even got free drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, Vintage Studios (at least for the Somerset outlet, because I can't speak for the rest) is a solid spot for a scalp treatment, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for great service and a comfy atmosphere.
