I rarely write Google reviews, but so far I’ve had my best shopping experience with VCA in this branch (Ngee Ann City). All the SAs in the store are very friendly and have been super helpful to assist me.
Very grateful for Eliz who worked in Ngee Ann City branch. Her product knowledge is truly magnificent, and she has a wonderful taste as well! which makes her recommendation very appealing to me 😊 Overall, I’m a happy customer because I scored various beautiful pieces from VCA in this store.
10/10 would recommend on getting your VCA from Ngee Ann City branch 💯

I was served by the sa Gabrielle Lim, who is very nice and attentive. I bought the 10 motifs onyx which is availabe at the store. This is the oldest VCA store in SG. The small bottle of champagne was a gift from VCA.

I had the best experience ever at Van Cleef & Arpels (Takashimaya outlet), all thanks to my fantastic SA, Eliz!! She was super friendly, patient and explained everything so clearly. Her product knowledge is amazing and she made my first purchace feel so special and exciting!
I left the boutique absolutely happy and I am already looking forward to coming back for more in the future!

Visited the Takashimaya outlet on Sun afternoon (30 Nov). Few points below explaining why we are unlikely to visit this outlet again in the short run.
My wife was indecisive and this resulted in the salesperson making a few trips behind to retrieve the jewellery. One time when he was going behind, he told his colleague that we were making him "走上走下” = we are inconveniencing him.
-Talked in a dismissive tone - my guess is because we did not dress wealthy.
-Asked about the prices of a few items and he said the prices are exactly the same as the prices shown online. Sorry, we do not have perfect memory.
-I asked for his name card before we left so that we could look for him next week when we make the purchase and he rejected and said we could look for any of his colleagues + the items we are purchasing are small items (our budget for 四点金 was not big but also not small).
Given the snobby customer service, we will be visiting other VCA outlets / other brands.

Our visit was overall a wonderful experience. We were served by Ms Eliz, she is very accommodating, patient, warm & informative. She shares her opinions & recommendations. Ms Eliz really pays attention to details, we really appreciate her thoughtfulness & initiative in ensuring us a great first experience. Recommend to look for her!

Saw queue the other day and didn't go in. The day we went again, there wasn't any queue and we went in to look for vintage alhambra pendant, it was beautiful piece but a bit small. The magic one was just nice size and also a beautiful piece. The color that we wanted wasn't available at that time.
The sales associate was friendly to attend to our queries but not enough engaging. Went to purchase at Ion Orchard outlet instead.

Lizzy is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable educating us about van cleef products. She told us everything from the history to how the jewellery is hand crafted. Appreciate her attentiveness and warmness! Thank you Lizzy for making me and bf feel so welcomed :)

I used to frequent the Ion outlet, but happened to pop in to the NAC outlet today. I was fortunate to encounter the incredibly delightful Preston, who patiently showcased various designs, offered valuable recommendations, and ultimately won me over. His impeccable customer service ensured I left as a satisfied customer ❤️ Preston sets a high bar that other boutique SAs should aspire to!

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by both Imen and Kelvin from Van Cleef & Arpels.
Imen was the first sales associate who attended to me and she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I initially bought a pendant but later decided to switch, and she was very understanding and accommodating.
When Imen went on leave, Kelvin continued to assist me. He was very patient and helped me make a wiser decision on which accessories to choose. He explained the different options clearly and always with a sincere smile. With his professional advice, I eventually chose the 5-motif Mother of Pearl bracelet and earrings to match my current Mother of Pearl pendant.
I truly appreciate both Imen and Kelvin for their kind, sincere and professional service. They made the whole experience very pleasant and memorable. Please kindly help to convey my thanks to both of them and I hope their excellent service can be recognised.
