Just went to Ion branch to collect my lengthen necklace this afternoon. I was delightfully overwhelmed by the friendliness and great hospitality of the staffs. Despite it was a quick collection they offered beverage and chocolate which was really nice! As I walked out of the store, I was showered with so many waves and goodbyes… with this great level of service I am happy to buy from this store (instead of Japan and Europe) in future to add to my collection.

VCA at Ion sets the gold standard for the service industry. All the staff are super welcoming from the boutique manager to the greeters. Special shoutout to Anthea, who is super attentive and anticipates all our needs. Wife loves coming here and misses the store when we haven’t been here for a while. Very highly recommended.

Scheduled my appointment earlier on the website cause I saw it had queue everytime I passed by. I was contacted within an hour on the appointment and who to look for. Service was great, staff was friendly, as expected from the brand. Collection was cute from floral, leaves, to animal. Ended up buying one necklace for my wife. Can request to resize the chain here.

Came here twice with the family before I made the decision to buy. Service could've been better. The best service I got was actually from the security guard at the door. He's a funny chap, loved talking to him. He would've been a better SA than the ones who served me, both times when I was there. The SA kept asking "do you want me to wrap it up for you?" when I was still considering if I wanted it. Why the rush? He should've been more patient. Train them better, Van Cleef. Cartier at MBS has way better service and they're your sister company. P.S. There are a lot of Singaporean SA staff in this location, so service is iffy, depending who you get.

Appointment is recommended online or call them ahead. Irene was extremely accommodating to adjust my appointment due to my conflicting schedule and I was able to pick out the pieces I have been eyeing for a while. These pieces are hard to come by. And by luck, I was able to try them on and brought them home! We were offered drinks and delightful chocolate. And the experience was the nicest I have been in all Van Cleef stores at home. I look forward to come back on a shopping trip soon!
