I had a wonderful experience at the VCA outlet in Ion Orchard. SA Alicia attended to me and provided exceptional service.
She was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, making my visit truly enjoyable. In an era where luxury shopping experiences can often feel transactional, her professionalism and genuine care were refreshing. Loved the Chocolate!

Just visited the beautiful new store at Ion, and maybe a perfect time to give a shout out to the team. I love VCA jewelry and their beautiful and exquisite craftmanship more than speaks for themselves. The team here however does elevate shopping experience so much more. The store manager Preston is always so welcoming and I notice how he does not mind getting his hands a bit dirty to help out and I see he is always mindful of how to help his team members reach their full potential. My initial SA, Christine with her sweet demeanor and immense knowledge, has helped me to appreciate the pieces even more by educating me with the colorful history and depth of the savoir faire of the Maison. While I was sad to see her go, I am happy that she is still part of VCA and am proud to see her grow in her role in client relations curating many enjoyable events that I have attended. Anthea, my current SA is such a joy with her attention to detail. She knows me so well, and is able to anticipate what I need and every visit to the store is an event I look forward to. She often surprise me with pieces that I didn't even know I wanted before, but loved so much after seeing them. I even miss her as a friend when I don't visit the store. VCA must be doing something right to attract and keep such lovely staff. and I highly recommend making trip to their new location for a joyful experience.

Went to the VCA ION Orchard boutique this week as my SA Yen told me she had some Lunar New Year Hong Bao to give me. I also wanted to have a look at some of the jewellery.
When I got to the boutique, Halim the Security Manager greeted me with a smile as he recognised me from previous purchases.
He ensured someone attended to me and I was offered some coffee and dark chocolate while waiting.
Yen was out for a quick break but her colleague Ada very kindly attended to me. She was informative and very friendly. Yen returned after her short break and we spoke about some of the pieces I had been eyeing for a while. She gave me some advice about which pieces would suit my more active lifestyle. The all gold pieces are more hardy and the gemstones would have to be removed before shower and swim.
Yen then returned from her break to hand me the Red Packets and she wished me a Happy Lunar New Year! It’s always such a pleasant experience visiting the ION boutique.
Highly recommend going to the ION boutique for a warm reception and pleasant experience.

Dropped by just to collect certification for a jewelry bought but had to wait a little before entering. Sales associate was professional and friendly, even offered refreshments and apologized for waiting. Great service overall. Feels more welcoming compared to the Cartier and Tiff & Co. stores at Ion.

Went into the store today to do cleaning for my necklace and earrings. Greeted the SA with a hi but no greetings back. All she said was “if you want to do cleaning, avoid weekends”. Didnt expect such a service from VCA. Have always been to the MBS branch and they were nothing but lovely. Please do something about your staff at Ion orchard. Middle age chinese lady with bangs

Was served by Anthea and had a very good experience. She was honest and authentic, not pushy and gave very sincere attitude. As a first timer, she patiently explained the various styles and stone, explained the intent towards the design and helped us pick a piece that would suit our lifestyle.
I had a very pleasant shopping afternoon with my family at ion outlet, in contrast to the store nearby who greeted you with a judgey face. We appreciate the recommendations by Anthea and did not leave the store empty handed.

Walked in on a whim and was initially a bit concerned that no one was serving me and my husband. After 5 minutes of browsing we were then served by Leon.
He was very patient with us and let me view the various Vintage and Sweet Alhambra earrings. When I could not decide which pair to get, without hesitation he let me try it on to compare.
Offered us some champagne to celebrate the excellent selection. In total we were there for about an hour and felt very welcome! Leon shared with me a lot of information about these Malachite earrings on how to care for them, and also the history of VCA.
Before we left the boutique manager also came by to congratulate me on my purchase.
Thank you for making my first VCA purchase a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back to VCA Ion.

I step into VCA store and the first thing that the SA asked me is whether I am here to do pick up. I said no. I never walk into a store where the first statement is that. I dont feel welcome in the store. The SA is nice to show me some of their classic pieces but there are no customer service. I said “can I have a look at the necklace with bigger motifs”. She said “the bigger motifs are the same size as the bracelet. You can just put the bracelet on your neck and see if the size suit.” I step out of the shop because I dont want to buy from such service.
