I wanted to praise Muzi from Tumi shop in Mandarin Gallery. She was very helpful, allowing me to try on all the laptop bags and showcasing her product knowledge and service mindset. Thanks to her assistance, I found the perfect bag! The rest of the staff were also very nice, making my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Muzi and team!" I went to other Tumi branches but the service here is better. Would come back again to buy more things.

Muzi's warm welcome and attentive assistance at Tumi made my shopping experience a seamless and delightful one. She took the time to understand my preferences, as well as patiently showed and explained the different options available. Despite my indecision, Muzi remained very friendly, patient and helpful throughout, ensuring I found the perfect choice. Annie is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the products to fit my needs. Even though I didn’t get any products, she kept her smile and hoping I will come back to visit again. If you’re getting things there, look for Annie.

Thank you for the professional friendly customer service experience. I’ve been hunting for Halsey backpack Voyageur black/gold. WhatsApp all TUMI stores in Singapore, disappointed it’s sold out countrywide. Finally called Mandarin Gallery store and was told Hannah Backpack Voyageur is in stock. Thank you Zac for encouraging me to check the backpack personally and to have a feel of it. I fell in love at first sight with Hannah backpack Voyageur, the gold zipper against the black leather looked exquisite. Am impressed with TUMI after sales service offered, which surprised me. Bought also Just-in case backpack in Ken Blue. Pretty!!!
