I've been a loyal fan of TUMI for many years and have met my fair share of TUMI Associates & Customer Service teams around the world. Very, very impressed and happy to meet Joshua at the Mandarin Gallery boutique and equally impressed with TUMI's SG Customer Service! My faithful TUMI carry-on luggage had a wheel issue during a recent trip: The entire experience of contacting TUMI SG when I was overseas, resolving it at the SG store with Joshua and receiving my repaired luggage within a week (no charge!) was massively impressive & efficient (stark contrast to the one from TUMI Europe). Joshua was friendly, helpful and super professional at the boutique, even though I wasn't there to make a purchase. His service and those from TUMI SG guarantee a great experience during and after purchase. Highly recommended!!!

We recently visited a TUMI store to buy a backpack for our son. Dressed casually in bermudas and sandals, we stepped into a store located in a rather upscale Mandarin Gallery – and were immediately impressed. Unlike some of the other shops we’d been to, the two sales associates - HAFIZ and MUZI - who assisted us showed no hint of judgment. Instead, they were warm, respectful, and fully focused on helping us find the right product.
They listened carefully to our needs, patiently walked us through the various models, and never once pushed us toward a sale. Their professionalism and sincerity made the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable for my family.
Thanks to their guidance, we left with a backpack that our son loves – and with a very positive impression of TUMI. Credit to the company for hiring staff who embody not just good service, but genuine care. We’re grateful – became a member and will certainly be back.

Azra was assisting me at the Mandarin Gallery retail. His customer service was above and beyond expectations - the sharing of his experience and knowledge in the areas of material texture and colour matching combination was refreshing and excellent! Visiting the store just before a flight to have things sorted, made my day.
This level of service excellence is one of the key reasons why I would continue to be a big fan of Tumi. Keep it up!

A rather late review. I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this specific outlet. The staff were not pushy and i felt welcome. My apologies if I didn't catch your name. I was served by a caucasian blonde lady. I was looking for a specific bag model and they only had that last one. She helped me check with the outlet at Ion and they have the new set. She said she would go all the way there to get the new set for me if I was willing to wait for 30 mins, and so i did. I walked out of the shop a contented shopper.

I finally got the chance to purchase my dream TUMI bag, and my experience at the store was memorable.
Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Riz, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every functionality of the TUMI bag, making my decision effortless! I made my purchase in less than 15 minutes!
Halif assisted me with engraving of my initials, and I was truly impressed by his meticulous attention to detail. He ensured that every aspect of the engraving was perfect, adding a special personal touch to my new bag.
The overall atmosphere in the store was welcoming, and the outstanding service made my visit even more memorable. I can confidently say that I am now a TUMI convert and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Bought a Tumi checked in luggage in Aug 2021. Due to travel restrictions, it had not been opened till yesterday. Upon opening, I discovered that the luggage tag had a defect (button not properly installed). Called sales staff & she told me item not covered under warranty but they will “try to fix back the button”. The fact is that they gave me a defective item. It should be exchanged with any question being asked. If you ask me, their response is not very customer friendly.

We found ourselves in a bind with our luggage lock stuck the night before an early morning flight. With the Mandarin Gallery outlet still open, we reached out for advice, and to our surprise, Adan invited us to come down for assistance even though it was almost their closing time. Adan and Ris went above and beyond to help us, working patiently to help unlock our luggage and offer both comfort and advice. Despite it not being part of their usual scope of work, they showed exceptional kindness and professionalism. We are incredibly grateful for their help and dedication—thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

Excellent service by Annie who is not only friendly, humble but also caring. She went way out to check for the item I desired in-store to other outlets and warehouse, and ensured it was promptly reserved for purchase. Even tho I visited the store when she was off, she ensured it was handed over well to her team who were equally great!

Very friendly store at mandarin gallery! Annie was extremely helpful and patient helping me choose the correct luggage in terms of size and design. Patiently opened and displayed various models explaining the pros and cons of each and everyone. Finally helping me arrive at a decision. Really appreciate the professionalism and patience rendered.
