Terrible service. Continually tried to deny they did not change anything when I sent it in for a chain replacement, but they replaced the entire necklace - replacing it with a poor cheap pendant. Pendant lost its colour and chipped in a few weeks. When I had the original necklace for YEARS without any issue. It was a dear piece and I’m still upset about it. The rep that was assigned to me was terrible at giving updates and showed no empathy at all. Terrible experience.

Shout out to Andrew. I love his service. Supposed his shift ended at 6pm. But we arrived on the dot.. and had a 2 hour extension. He waited for me to make decision (patiently) on which to choose. All the designs he suggested were so pretty 😍

I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. Ngee Ann City, thanks to the exceptional service from Angeline Lim. I initially visited to have two Tiffany & Co. silver pieces polished, and Angeline made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived.
She noticed that one of my pieces was an 1837 ring and thoughtfully introduced me to the continuation series. Her sincere and knowledgeable approach led me to purchase the matching 1837 bracelet, which I absolutely love. I also ordered a Tiffany coffee cup through her—she made the entire process so smooth and pleasant.
Angeline’s warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made my visit truly memorable. She exceeded all expectations and turned my Tiffany & Co. experience into something special. Highly recommended!

Absolutely appalled by SA Paul’s service - if you’re reading this, please step up!
We visited the Tiffany & Co. boutique today at around 6pm, and it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant retail experiences we’ve ever had. Paul, the staff who served us, was condescending from the very start — speaking in a belittling tone and showing obvious impatience throughout. When we simply wanted to take photos of the rings (to better decide on our options), he rudely told us not to, in a manner that was both dismissive and unnecessary. Instead of offering guidance or courtesy, his attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely at odds with what Tiffany & Co. claims to stand for.
For a brand that prides itself on timeless elegance and exceptional service, this experience was nothing short of disgusting! This was our first visit to Tiffany & Co., and thanks to Paul, it will also be our last at this boutique!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tiffany & Co. store in Ngee Ann City, specifically with a staff member named Beatrice. From the moment I walked in, she served me without a smile and came across as extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude was poor, and she seemed openly judgmental — as if I wasn’t worth her time or couldn’t afford anything in the store. I actually came intending to purchase an item, but I chose to leave shortly after entering simply because I didn’t want to spend another minute dealing with someone so unprofessional. It’s appalling that a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co. allows this kind of service to represent their name. Completely unacceptable.

I would like to leave a good review for my SA Carmen. She was very warm from the get go and let me try whatever l wanted, even though l was initially only there to get a (relatively low priced) ring. She even let me try multiples of their 2.5 carat solitaire just for fun! It’s experiences like these that make luxury shopping enjoyable and fun. Otherwise there is no point buying in sg when prices are cheaper overseas
