Our couple visited the Fertility Centre in May 2025 for a check-up. We paid the full bill during our visit according to the invoice provided. However, after three months, the centre emailed me asking to pay a registration fee that should have been charged during the visit. I have never experienced this kind of situation before. Since we already completed all the check-ups in May, it was surprising to suddenly receive this request. If the registration fee was required, it should have been informed and included in the invoice at the first visit.

We scheduled our appointment months in advance, and only received an email one day before the appointment informing us that the doctor was not available. The reason given was that the doctor was unable to book the clinic. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of time and emotional investment involved in. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and better communication. Very poor experience.

Dr. Zhoujing is very gentle and has good medical skills. My daughter's nose is very sensitive and she has a lot of mucus. After Dr. Zhou's treatment, her nose is no longer so sensitive.

Visited the clinic last year and took up their fertility test package. Experience was pretty meh. Firstly, the nurses asked me for personal documents again even though these were provided before. Nurses did not seem to be passionate about their job. Secondly, the male doctor did not act professionally and often made frivolous jokes to “lighten” the mood such as “just have sex”, “got do or not?”, which I don’t think most people would appreciate. This is especially so when it comes to medical aspect. Thirdly, there is additional charge for weekend appointments, which was not informed upfront when offering package.

Booked a couples fertility test appt ($491 including gst on website) and after the consultation, our total came to $1.4k. While we did resolve it and the total came to 1.2k, i’m still highly dissatisfied that we were not informed that some of procedures that were being performed were not included in the package. We were not informed of the costs before they were performed either.
Everything else went smoothly and was great. But this left a really bad impression of the place, it’s not like the procedures performed had to be done RIGHT NOW either, i could have done it somewhere else for cheaper? Could have done a full body health screening with what was charged for just the pap smear.
I do appreciate the staffs patience as we were sorting this out though, thank you for that. Nurses and the doctor were really nice too but would have been great if they were more transparent with the charges

Here at 9am, seen the doctors, got my blood test and done at 10am! Efficient and friendly staff, everyone was kind and quick.

The place is clean, efficient and in my personal opinion, doctor is really good at helping my problems. However one thing to note is that if you are looking for a more gentle ttc journey, this is not the experience that I received. Many times, even after surgery, either get yelled at/staff raised voice at me(not all, just some). They have a note to say not to verbally abuse the staff but the irony is in patient getting verbally abused instead. But if you have a more hardened shell/able rough it out, I think the medical treatment works well.
