If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Each & every single time I’ve come for my appointment, it’s ALWAYS delayed by at least an hour. What’s the point of having an appointment if you cant adhere to the timing? Came here multiple times, got asked previously if we were okay to let our seat up to someone else. Today, 9th December, a couple made noise because they couldn’t wait any longer, staff attending to them, went in the room to tell the other staff that they couldn’t handle them so they’ll have to let them be next in line. Came out, said to the couple they will most likely be next in line. (i was next btw), they did not bother to even check if we were okay to let up our seats to someone else & allowed them in because they were making a fuss. Should rly improve on the service/waiting time & not just say “we’re understaffed”. If you know you don’t have enough staff working on that day, don’t take in that many appointment? 😃 Ps. My appointment was at 9.25am, we waited & left the clinic finally, at 12pm 🙂 How efficient & professional.

Horrible experience. Lack of communication between TFC and O&G specialist clinic has inconvenienced me multiple times. I was notified on Saturday afternoon that I had to sign a consent form before my Tuesday procedure with them, hence I had to take last minute leave from work on Monday to do it. Monday night, they called me to do blood test as the results from a previous blood test I had sent since the week before were incomplete. Why wasn’t this checked earlier? They could also have given a clear checklist of things to do for the patients and timeline but they did not. I had to rush to Thomson medical because of their oversight to meet their needs. It’s understandable if lapse in communication happens once, but twice and inconveniencing patients at the last minute every time is not.

We wanted to do a normal fertility test, like from what we read, there will be blood test and then semen analysis and were thinking about potentially genetic testing. We were hoping the doctor could give us more insight as pre testing consultation is mandated by Thomson Medical. We went in with a lot of curiosity, openness and genuine excitement as we are thinking about trying to conceive and were met with extreme disappointment about the lack of care and clarity with assumptions made throughout the experience. 1) The doctor was texting. Without looking up at all, mumbled something, kept on texting, no eye contact. Didn’t apologise. We thought she had a long day, even though it was a little unnerving. When she finally looked up, I smiled. 2) We registered as a couple. The reception knew. But I (ie the wife) was being the one that was addressed by the doctor only. I didn’t think much of it there and then, but after the consultation, I felt overwhelmed as it felt like I was the only one that was responsible for this as I was the main one being talked to. (later on I realised the receptionist only included my personal details/stick tag onto the invoice and the paper the doctor was writing on. but why was that? Before we went in, there was a nurse who asked my husband and I to check our personal details as patients) 3) She rattled off her point of view without checking in with us about what we want to know, our current state, asking us questions in a very abrupt way. She made a lot of assumptions about us as patients and couple. “Got try or not? Got try or not?” “When was the last time you try?” (Why can’t she just say when was the last time you had sex or inter course?) When I said often/recently and I was at this point, miffed, and said I am not tracking, she snorted like I was being silly and went back to her chart and rattled again about the mechanical approach. I was trying to nod and smile and cheer myself up although I felt like throwing up at the load of info she was piling at us and how she made something pleasurable mechanical and dull. To be continued in screenshots below.

Had bad experience with the counter staffs. They do not seem to know what they are doing. We have been here twice. It seems like there are many people at the front desk but the waiting time is long despite making an appointment beforehand. Like what others have feedback, the nurses talked out loud to you in front of other patients who are waiting and have no sense of privacy. This is a fertility centre but the counter staffs were unable to understand the kind of packages and services the centre offer. They couldn't even tell you more about the payment plan and packages. Told us to refer to someone else and they were busy. We had spoken to 3 different staffs and they told us different info, so whose info is correct? The info on website is not up to date. There are many staffs working at the centre and yet things are messy. The management should look into it. Staffs are not well trained and info given is incorrect and yet the fees charged are not cheap. We are considering changing doctor as we are concerned if their backend lab is as messy as their front desk staffs.

Worst experience ever!! I should have read the review before coming to this clinic. First visit: I felt insulted with male doctor there. I asked many questions and was told repeatedly my questions don't make sense/ I'm thinking too much and i should just do it. Shouldn't it be his job to educate patients if they have questions? Why would I paid a $600 package to learn nothing? Second visit: blood test went well Third visit: I rushed to the clinic on Monday morning and was told it is a wrong appointment. They don't know why other staff made the booking. Excuse me?! If they knew it was the wrong appointment why they did not send me an sms or cancellation email? Apparently the staff lack basic training.
