⭐ If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I had a consultation with Dr. Ewen Chee, who recommended Morpheus8 treatment. I returned on the scheduled day, had numbing cream applied, and was about to begin when Dr. Chee suddenly told me I’d be doing a different treatment instead.
I was given no prior notice and no clear explanation—just told to switch at the last minute. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with this and might stick with the old plan, he admitted the Morpheus8 machine needed parts and may not be ready for 3 weeks to 2 months, and that he couldn’t guarantee anything.
My face was already numb, and I left without receiving any treatment. I lost an entire morning for nothing—from 9AM to 12PM—and also wasted a prior consultation.
What upset me most was that when I asked Dr. Chee to explain the change, he raised his voice instead of offering a respectful explanation.
I'm so disappointed and I don’t recommend this clinic to others!

I had a great experience with Dr. Ewen Chee at The Chelsea Clinic. He did Deusaderm for my undereye and the results turned out very natural. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I felt comfortable throughout. I’m really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Dr. Chee for anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

The clinic is beautifully decorated and the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. The only bad experience is trying to book an appointment where requesting for one requires several follow ups before you get an answer (via WhatsApp). They need to change their front desk staff.

Have been going to Dr. Ewen Chee for more than 1 year for pico laser. The treatment and his advice on sun protection/skincare have greatly helped my hyperpigmentation. Lovely chats during each session as well!
The clinic is very clean, professional. No hard selling from any of the staff, doctor included.
I highly recommend this place for pico.

Dr. Chee is professional and never engages in hard selling, he only recommends what is truly suitable and necessary. The clinic staff are attentive, efficient and friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I’m not someone who usually writes public reviews. Life is busy, and I’ve always felt that truly good service speaks for itself. However, after seeing a few unfair comments about Chelsea Clinic, Dr. Chee, and particularly Mia, I felt compelled to share my honest, first-hand experience.
I’ve been undergoing aesthetic treatments for over 30 years, both locally and abroad. I’ve tried many clinics—some are great but too expensive, some have long waits, some use outdated machines, and others are hard-sellers or offer poor service despite charging a premium. For years, I kept switching, hoping to find “The One.”
That changed when I found Dr. Chee and Chelsea Clinic a few years ago.
Over the years, I’ve done treatments like Rejuran, Plinest, Ulthera, Thermage, Pico, Botox, Emsculpt Neo, and Titanium—basically, almost everything! Every visit has been consistently pleasant and professional.
The staff are always warm and polite, and Dr. Chee is the epitome of professionalism. He’s constantly upgrading his skills and bringing in the latest machines to benefit his patients. More importantly, he takes the time to understand your skin and individual condition—especially in my case, as I have sensitive skin that flares easily. He always customizes my treatments for the best results.
Beyond aesthetics, Dr. Chee genuinely cares about his patients’ overall wellbeing. When I had unrelated health issues (like knee pain or vertigo), he kindly shared advice and even referred me to excellent medical doctors. Despite his expertise and popularity, he never hard-sells treatments or products, and his pricing is remarkably reasonable—something rare in this industry.
Yes, the clinic is busy, but that only reflects its popularity. The team always communicates wait times clearly, and they go out of their way to accommodate appointment requests, even when schedules shift due to seminars or urgent matters. I’ve never had an issue booking an appointment because I plan in advance—and they do their best to work around clients’ needs.
Even on packed days, Dr. Chee never rushes through consultations or treatments. He listens carefully and always prioritizes what’s best for the client—often reminding me that “less is more.” It’s rare to find a private aesthetic doctor who is this grounded and ethical.
Regarding Mia, I met her after taking a 6-month break due to health reasons. She struck me as gentle, soft-spoken, and attentive. She was careful and thorough during my treatment, stayed by my side to ensure everything went smoothly, and explained the aftercare—even though she didn’t realize I was a regular in the beginning (this shows her friendliness is not based on status). I was completely at ease with her, and I honestly don’t understand how she could be misjudged by others.
To those reading negative reviews—please consider that every interaction has two sides. In my experience, Chelsea and its team have always gone above and beyond. It would be a shame if the public were misled by isolated incidents or unfair assumptions.
Lastly, I want to thank Dr. Chee, Mia, and the entire Chelsea team for your consistent hard work and dedication. Regular clients like myself see and appreciate what you do. Keep up the excellent work—you truly make a difference!

I did not have a good experience with Dr Chee who left a sunken scar on my cheek after a CO2 treatment. He first quoted me $500 when he analysed my face and I agreed to the treatment on the same day. It became $550 at the payment counter and when I asked the clerk why is there a $50 discrepancy, she explained that the Dr did more than he thought needed. This was not communicated to me before or during the treatment.
Will not recommend.

First time to come here.
Clinic itself is very clean and neat, where there are many treatment rooms named by Japanese cities.
Started off with the counseling, I’m surprised that there’re many kinds of Skinboosters.
The one I did is Belotero, needle itself is very thin and slim, it wasn’t painful at all.
Plus they gave me a pill which prevents me from having an injection bruise.
So after the session, I didn’t have injection bruise at all.
I’m supposed to see the result in 2,3 weeks, can’t wait to see it 💓
