I’d like to share some honest feedback from my visit today.
I felt quite uncomfortable with how Miya (clinic manager) handled the conversation regarding the package price that was first offered to me during my initial visit. It was offered to me directly by the doctor — I did not ask for any special price — but today, Miya kept questioning it and implied that another staff had given it to me rather than the doctor (still say she want to go check it out which staff gave me this price) and even emphasized to me that she is the manager using a dismissive tone.
She also kept repeating how low the price was and that prices might increase soon. This was totally unnecessary as I already decided to sign the package and the way it was said came across as condescending, and it made me feel like I was being looked down on, which really affected my experience.
On top of that, Miya came in and out of the treatment room multiple times, disrupting what should have been a peaceful and private session. It felt more like a sales pitch than a treatment, and I found that very unprofessional. When I asked questions relating to the package, again the way she replied sounded condescending. This is the kind of experience that I don’t want to have whenever I visited an aesthetic clinic. If my first visit there was treated like this, I would not have come for the 2nd treatment today. My first visit there last week with Dr Phua and the staff that served me (didn’t manage to get her name) was a pleasant one.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I come for treatment, not to feel pressured or uncomfortable, and I truly hope future sessions can be more respectful and uninterrupted.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I had a consultation with Dr. Ewen Chee, who recommended Morpheus8 treatment. I returned on the scheduled day, had numbing cream applied, and was about to begin when Dr. Chee suddenly told me I’d be doing a different treatment instead.
I was given no prior notice and no clear explanation—just told to switch at the last minute. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with this and might stick with the old plan, he admitted the Morpheus8 machine needed parts and may not be ready for 3 weeks to 2 months, and that he couldn’t guarantee anything.
My face was already numb, and I left without receiving any treatment. I lost an entire morning for nothing—from 9AM to 12PM—and also wasted a prior consultation.
What upset me most was that when I asked Dr. Chee to explain the change, he raised his voice instead of offering a respectful explanation.
I'm so disappointed and I don’t recommend this clinic to others.

After I finished several treatments, I like Dr Ewen Chee he is very gentle and patiently. Every time I visited ,he explained each single process when he during treatment for me , make me understand what he did and comfortable.

I had Plinest and Morpheus8 done with dr Chee & dr Yung, botox with dr Phua, and the results were nice! They were professional, gentle, and took time to explain the process and the benefit of treatments. The treatments were smooth with minimal downtime, and I can already see an improvement in my skin’s texture and glow. Would recommend The Chelsea Clinic if you’re looking for trustworthy aesthetic care!

Did my nose thread with Dr Ewen Chee, and the whole experience was really good. He’s gentle and explained everything clearly. and the nurses were are friendly and caring. Felt really comfortable throughout!

I've been visiting Dr Chee at The Chelsea Clinic to address my stubborn acne-prone skin back in 2024. I have mainly been doing Morpheus8 treatment to tackle both my cystic/nodular acne as well as acne scars. Although the results weren't immediately noticeable in the first few months (maybe first 4 months), I decided to trust Dr Chee and continued on with this treatment.
Needless to say, after my fifth to sixth treatment, I've noticed my skin has started clearing. As of right now, my skin has vastly cleared a lot (not 100% maybe 85%).
Overall I had a pleasant experience with not just Dr Chee but with the staff as well.

I had my thread-lift and under eye filler done with Dr Chee and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. Dr Chee explained the process clearly and addressed all my concerns. My face looks lifted and more youthful now.
Highly recommend Dr Chee if you are looking for safe, professional and natural looking aesthetic treatments. I’m a satisfied customer and will definitely return for further treatments.
