Was referred to the clinic with an appointment. Waited 45min and no updates, asked the nurse and said they haven't receive our report - cld have told us earlier for sth to be done. Waited another 45min and still no updates, nurse avoided eye contact and appeared unhappy, also refuse to let us change appt. Have to leave because of other commitment. Cld really improve the service timing and attitude.

Been here twice. For each time we waited for more than 1 hour after appointment time. I don't doubt their profession. But the efficiency was so bad.

My mother-in-law has been a patient of Dr. Wong’s since 2015. His team has also been wonderful — always patient, attentive, and ready to answer any questions she has, offering advice that comforts and reassures her. That wonderful family like feeling is felt here. That "family vibe" at a doctor's office is all about feeling like a person, not just a patient. Our visit starts with a warm welcome from a friendly receptionist and a comfortable waiting room that doesn't feel cold or scary. You see care in the little things. A nurse who talks kindly. A doctor who really listens to you without rushing. It shows they understand you might be nervous. It's also about respect. Doctor wong explains things clearly so you can understand, asks for your opinion, and values your time. You feel like you are working together. All this creates a safe and open feeling. You know you can ask any question and talk about your worries without being judged. It’s a place that feels supportive and kind, just like family.

The entire staff team was very attentive, caring and efficient. Dr Wong was knowledgeable in his field of work. He gives sufficient time to each patient and explains everything clearly.
