Disappointed – Portion Size Way Too Small for the Price
I visited the Subway at Wisma today and was really disappointed with the experience. The staff were extremely stingy with the ingredients — even the basic vegetables were given in tiny amounts. For the price I paid, the portion was absolutely not worth it. The sandwich ended up looking sad and tasting bland. Compared to other Subway locations, this one clearly cuts corners. I hope the management looks into this because I won’t be coming back if this continues.

Wanted to eat the value meal but unsure of the options available hence I asked an Indian lady staff with specs on what’s the options available. She replied cold cut trio was one of the value meal so I went with it, only to realise it’s not when I’m paying at the counter. However my sandwich is already done by then so I don’t feel good to ask them if I can change to another option. In addition, this Indian lady is not even apologetic and still prepare my sandwich slowly. Subway please educate your staff better.

I like Subway sandwiches but the staff there really got attitude problem. They are in a rush and will put the sauce before they put the vegetables in the sandwich. I told them to put the sauce last as putting it first, the sauce won't mix well with the vegetables and may even seep out . They will do it grudgingly when told to do so. One senior aunty even grumbled! This auntie should also be briefed about hygiene. She was outside the store as the drink dispenser was not working properly. After seeing that there were customers, she went in to start preparing without washing her hands! After she put on the gloves and prepared the sandwich and put it into the oven, she used her gloved hands to tap onto the cashier! After that she used the same gloves to prepare the sandwich!

The roasted chicken they packed forgot to put sauce on it for me, and even though I didn't want pickles, they put them all on it anyway. They weren't very attentive.

I ordered the Chicken Mushroom Melt at the Subway in Wisma and was shocked at how tiny the portion was—absolutely appalling for a $9.50 sandwich. My friend requested jalapeños, and the staff (an older lady) actually said it wasn’t allowed. Since when does Subway limit toppings like that? Isn’t it supposed to be customizable? The same aunty also gave us a pathetic scoop of fillings. It really felt like they were rationing every ingredient. Definitely not worth the price or the experience.

Not sure why this subway has such bad ratings. Didn't receive anything less than any other subway. If anything the staff was even over average friendly and loaded the sub up well.
Only pity that there's no dining space.
