Writing a review about (i guess it is the same) the Filipino staff named Maries(if not wrong). She really seems unhappy to work at such timing. I was dining at around 10:30am. Usually staff would ask the usual questions like may i have your order, what bread would you like etc, but she came out of the kitchen and just look at me, and say nothing. Yes, we are expected to know what to order but that's not how you work in a service line right? I searched the reviews here and now I'm not surprised why there are so many 1 star reviews, all about the same person. 💀 usually i dont write bad reviews but this staff is another level

I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience I had at your recently renovated 313@somerset location today. Unfortunately, it has compelled me to reconsider my patronage. The issue involves one of your Filipino staff members. During my visit, her demeanor was noticeably unwelcoming and unprofessional. She handled items behind the counter with unnecessary force, appearing quite unhappy. When I attempted to place my order, I was abruptly told to "wait" without further acknowledgment. A moment later, when I tried to specify that I wanted the breakfast set, I was again cut off with a sharp "wait." Throughout this interaction, she avoided making eye contact entirely. It was only after I directly addressed her behavior that she finally engaged, but the experience had already been ruined. Due to this unacceptable service, I felt compelled to leave without completing my order. This is not an isolated incident; I had a similarly negative experience with this same staff member last week. After today, I am hesitant to return to a branch I was otherwise excited to revisit. I will be dining elsewhere until I am confident that service standards have been addressed. I trust you will look into this matter. Thank you for your time and attention.

Decent food and service. Consistent quality every time. Overall, not bad — I’ve eaten here multiple times.

Had one of the best tuna sandwich last night, the bread is so soft, good amount of sauce and vege everything is perfect. Most importantly the staff gave warm welcome, very friendly, say bye & thank you to me, I want to tell him the sandwich was good but too shy to say so, haha. Didn’t take any photo cause it’s too good to remember to take photo.

Never Forget To Stop By Subway Before Returning Back To My Hometown. I Ordered 8 to Bring It Back and I Ate There Too. Never Get Enough, i Love The Taste and Subs Smell Good. Veggies Are Fresh

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but there’s only one person working from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, making it a hectic time for them. It would be beneficial to have additional staff during that period to ensure smoother service.

Staff working on 9 Sep 2024 1030am was extremely rude. She slammed the electrical appliances and told me to get 6 inch if I wanted more veg in my sandwich. I was really taken aback. Please consider staff retraining.

Staff are nice..... until closing time at 9:30pm. Where they switch off the lights and you have to finish your food in the dark. They spray idk what liquid at the dispenser next to where you're eating too. They only switched on the lights AFTER everyone left.

The aunty Filipino staff. I think she has some personal issues, as her service was very impolite and rude. Is management eating snacks while this is happening? So many bad reviews. Do something about the service concerns.

filipino staff was SCOLDING another malay staff male with glasses. Showing unprofessionalism by shouting at him while customers were ordering.
