Same as every other Stussy location just rude staff. Too “cool” to do their job 🙄 they look you up and down but nobody even acknowledges you or greets you. They must have had a delivery today because they had clothes spread all across the display. It looked really messy and unprofessional. The staff were too busy labelling things to be able to answer any queries. I would not waste my money on a brand that thinks it’s “cool” to treat customers as an inconvenience

Really bad experience. I bought the cloth yesterday and then came back home to wash it, after that, the cloth came unstitched, the thread has come loose. With such an apparent quality issue, I asked them for an exchange, they refused and said it is not their problem, and it’s the manufacturer’s problem. Also, they do not allow you to try it in the store, so you never know how it looks when wearing it.
I also bought many other clothes from other brands yesterday, I washed them all the same, none of them has such bad quality. Neither do my previous clothes.
The staff working there are very mean and unfriendly. Do not buy anything there, or you will be like me, regret it.

I recently visited a Stüssy store and was quite disappointed by the customer service experience. The staff were unwelcoming and appeared dismissive, offering no greeting or acknowledgment upon entry. I felt looked down on, as if judged for not fitting a certain image, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, with some staff giving unfriendly looks and treating customers with a sense of arrogance. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that trying on clothes or even touching certain items was not allowed. This made it difficult to shop with confidence or enjoy the experience. As someone who genuinely appreciates the Stüssy brand and its designs, I feel that the poor customer service is damaging to your reputation. I strongly encourage management to consider better training for the staff, as respectful and inclusive service is essential to maintaining loyal customers and upholding the image of a high-quality brand.

I was really looking forward to come to this shop because I love it. But how disappointed it is to see that you cannot try any tee-shirts for the sizes in this shop. Not even sample tee-shirts with different sizes. And you cannot bring the items back either. Really sad. Should just have an online store …

I visited the shop twice as a tourist and I always had a great time. Staff will even let you know which color or item is cooler for your skin tone. Their fashion taste is just amazing.
You cannot wear the t-shirts yes, but they can hold it for you to see in the mirror if it fits you great. Just ask them!

Jessie and Alvin were so helpful! Although I didnt get the Stussy Singapore shirt, they had a great range of apparel and accessories in stock. It’s a beautiful store and the staff are very nice.
