Just purchased few items for my niece from here. The two gorgeous lady staffs were surprisingly rude. One of them that served me at the cashier dropped the tumbler that i was buying because of how rough she was handling the items. And she did not look very pleased when i ask regarding the Smiggle membership. The other lady sneered at me when i was opting for a wallet without a loose string. Haven't shop at this location for years, did not remember experiencing such attitude from any Smiggle staffs ever either. Apparently, there are few reviews here saying the same thing. Hopefully the manager/Smiggle management see this comment and do something to mend this issue.
