It is most of the time crowded. There is not enough counter to support the request. Singtel need to look into it and distribute the crowd.

Business days stated as everyday even for public holidays 12-8pm. Not even reflected in their business hours they are close today. It isn’t clear on the hours. Please state clearly and reflect accordingly. I have to look around the web to finally find out is on eve of Christmas and new years it is 12-4. Waste my trip down.

Really slow service. The guy I was served by was probably new- which I understand why it can be slow as his colleague was guiding him. But when my number was called, I came and shared that I had been advised to replace the router. And he just stared at me blankly without saying anything. I even doubted he was the guy in charge and had to reconfirm with him if he was indeed the right person I was talking to.
Wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Employees at this location seem more interested in their own projects or Instagram than actually assist paying customers in very simple transactions. Today, they failed to solve problems and failed to assist. The only thing they succeeded in was making us feel unwelcome and a hassle to them. Not recommended. Avoid at all costs.

This review is not about this particular outlet at centrepoint, but in general singtel's service. I needed to get an additional wifi mesh, the shop at tampines mall said I can only go to somerset, and then gave me a letter for collection. the letter doesn't provide address or indicate exactly which outlet, so i google singtel somerset, which brought me to 313@somerset. the staff at 313@somerset told me the correct shop should be centrepoint. so i had to go to centrepoint instead. also, it's extremely inconvenient that singtel only allows collection of additional mesh at ONE outlet in the entire singapore. I stay on the far eastern side of the island and have to go all the way to somerset just to collect a mesh. doesn't it make more sense to have at least one outlet in the east and one outlet in the west for collections? So much time and effort just to collect a mesh.

Just wanted to add my experience. After reading all the bad reviews otw to this place i was regretting my decision to go there.
Reached there close to 5pm on a Thursday evening. Had 2 errands to run.
1) exchange my singtel tv box
2) collect vouchers.
After taking a queue number, i waited ard 15-20 mins to be called.
Got my things done within 10 mins.
Pleasant customer service, easy transactions. No complaints from me. Again, just my experience. Hope you have a good one too!

Came here for voucher redemption. Its a small place. A small cushioned bench provided. Didn't have much interaction with staff either. Showed the staff my letter, got my vouchers and i left.
From Somerset Mrt ,take exit C, cross road nearest to uniqlo.

They need to replace that bench. They also need to tidy up and and present a more professional outlet. I was suprised to see the state of the place.

The service here is fast and good. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's located inside Centrepoint mall at level 1.
