Good service once you get in. The queue takes a long time without status. No wifi in the lounge. The service lady was very helpful though once sitting and assisted with executing changes.

Usually when people have to come down it means that their online service has already failed. So when customer come down to take Q number only to be told that customer service staff hands are tied something seems to be wrong. Tried to redeem miles and was told that they allow accurals of miles but only upon redemption will they block the account. PS : Kris flyer loyalty system has some big issue, mile always not awarded properly, multiple passengers in same booking, some awarded miles some not. sadly one should not expect a loyal program system to be accurate as it is not an accounting system nor bank grade application.

I really feel disappointed with disgusting behaviour service staff they have. Sitting beside me other customers have complained about the same behaviour. If you don’t have change booking service why you selection still have booking service for the option but unfortunately unable to provide it that solution your customer service team given me is cancel it. Customer service team isn’t responding because my booking force me only to cancel it. I feel really disappointed with disgusting once I received my complaint your service team don’t even care our situation at all. Good day & I won’t even recommend SIA anymore for so many years I been using it this is the best time finally other options for it.

Whilst the booking process and the number of staff was fine. Staff knowledge was poor and the way they treat high value customers was insulting. Both my wife and I are Gold members flying 49-50 international sectors a year. Every change costs an unbelievable penalty even with flexible tickets. The only thing premium about Singapore airlines customer service is the price. They truly have lost touch with their customer service ethics. Get ready to lose 2 customers

As a Krisflyer member (which probably means nothing to the airline), my recent experience at the ION Orchard Service Centre was deeply disappointing. Despite being told only two people were ahead, I waited over an hour with no reassurance, while others who arrived later were served first. More than half the counters serving economy were unstaffed, which only added to the frustration. It feels like the airline no longer cares about its economy and premium economy passengers. It’s a shame, given the high standards they used to uphold, and I’ve recommended them to many.

I visited the Singapore Airlines Service Centre at ION today due to booking issues and was assisted by Joanna. She was clear, helpful, and provided alternative solutions that the Call Centre couldn’t offer. The experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her professionalism and support. Thank you, Joanna! We went there to check the possibility of changing our flight dates with economy lite tickets. We received an exceptional service from officer Jennifer Tan to change our flight dates because of a medical condition with proofs and we could able to change the flight dates not only for me for my husband as well. She was kind enough to select our seats which were suitable for me to travel as well. Thank you so much for your service.

Sorry, but this Singapore Airline experience was an absolute FAIL. First, we waited for one hour before being helped. Appointments get priority, so they made us wait and wait. Then, when we tried to redeem our KrisFlyer $100 vouchers (given to each of us on our incoming flight because they forgot to serve the hot entree portion of our kosher meals), every product we tried to select was either out of stock, or would cost $50 extra to deliver to our seat.

An hour and 10 mins waiting time to change my ticket at the office. Is this a service? Most of counters are empty, whoever works takes so slow in doing their job, feels no Management to look over the officers.... I thought you are the best airlines... Clearly not.

Poor customer service. Had issue with billing while I had flight in cart checking out online. Called customer service while flight pending payment and they would not honor price even with submitted screen shots of price I was attempting to pay online in checkout. They asked their manager after about 30 minutes on the phone and said prices change. Price had raised 9,000 as was purchasing flights for 5pax. Not what someone would expect from supposedly a top airline!
