I would choose a negative star rating if there is. Totally regretted using their service. In a nutshell, 1. THEY ARE SLOW 2. THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE 3. PROVIDING A LOUSY APP 4. PARCEL TRACING IS LOUSY AND OFTEN NOT UPDATED 5. WEBSITE IS OUTDATED 6. ADDRESS IS OUTDATED 7. SLOW DELIVERY (1 WEEK) EVEN THOUGH OPTED AND PAID FOR EXPRESS (2 DAYS DELIVERY COMMITMENT)

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I have never wrote a review before. But this will be my first time doing so. Beware of fake charges from this store. Shipped my shoes, they charged me 2kg for a 500g for a pair of shoes. Okay I assumed the box was heavy. The shoes came dirty and without the box included.. This is a joke

TLDR: JUST DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SLOW, EXPENSIVE AND A JOKE OF A BUSINESS I dont regularly write reviews, especially bad ones. But the service I have gotten from them is ridiculous and probably the WORST I have ever experienced. Firstly their purchase took 1 month to reach the warehouse in China when they clearly showed the item as a form of QC in order for me to accept the item before the order was placed. So IT WAS NO WAY A PRE ORDER. Okay but fine after 1 month + of waiting it finally came, and since i already waited so long I arranged for an EXPEDITED delivery which I paid a HEFTY PREMIUM FOR, 70 DOLLARS FOR A PAIR OF SHOES, so that it could be shipped within 1-2 days, However I am 6 days in an the item has yet to arrive in SINGAPORE.

Ship for me is slow and the freight charges is equivalent to my product price. People are all app base and their app cannot work and service representative tell me they no longer using app and suggest web usage! Used to be a good service provider. Now is just another cannot make it and going in history!

Their Ship for me service is really very slow. I ordered and took months to arrives Singapore. I saw them being so slow and quickly buy and sent by ezbuy , package arrived and collected whereas the package sent by SGshop still got no news for collection. I think have to wait another 2 weeks before hearing for them again. Very very disappointed ! And is more expensive to use their services. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Lost order and told that my order was already picked up by somebody else. I wonder how do they verify the ownership of the parcel. Should have taken responsibility over the lost order I ordered from online and opted for self pick up at warehouse. However, when i actually went and collect the parcel, I was told that my parcel was already picked up by somebody else. I never share my order id with someone else. So it is impossible to have somebody else collect my parcel. I was not said sorry by customer service who attended me on messenger nor offer any refund. So long story short, nvr gotten my order nor receive any refund. Bad experience ever.

I have been using SGshop "ship for me" for the past 3 years. So far the delivery service has been smooth and the charges are the lowest among the couriers around town. Understand the negative feedback mostly given for their "buy for me" which I seldom use and not really familiar with the procedure. Overall, am satisfied with their services - 5 stars for them.

Worst of the worst service and attitude. Customer services are not providing customer services at all only reply standard procedure msg (Basically means ask you to wait) Every single procedure took 3-7 days to process and they have more then 7 to 10 procedure. Placed Buy For Me services after 50 days to reach me. Thank you for received the parcel safely but the checking services didn't check the colour for me. First and Last TQ

I was a long time customer and liked using them, until their recent move to a new warehouse. They had zero leeway when the items arrived only 3 days after the sudden cut off period given to us, and this was after Chinese New Year. They could not help me at all and kept shrugging responsibility. I am switching warehouses after this because it left such a bad taste in my mouth and cost me so much money because the sellers could not recover the items from the old address to give me a refund. There should have been a longer leeway period for these kind of things especially after Chinese New Year?? And the customer service was condescending and unhelpful. You just lost a long time regular customer. For everyone else, I would recommend prouter which hasn't let me down yet. Goodbye.
