Very poor after sale service. They charge and charge again. Charge me at sea freight in first then told me that size is not fit. Then charged me air freight again. End up sent wrong model. Furthermore, told me that my report have launch within 3 days. They total ignore my request for refund or replacement. Very very bad experience.😈😠😈...text me if anyone would like to know my expensive experience. My suggestion, there are prentty service provider in the market. Please try to avoid this.

EDIT: After a week of back and forth with SGshop and their CS team, my case was escalated to senior mgmt and a compromise was reached. In addition, today I received a DM in which they announced a change their shipping method selection policy. Glad to see they are starting to read their reviews and listen to their customer. DO NOT USE SGshop! Please read before using this scam company. 1. They hide costs and blame you for not knowing these hidden costs; you will be hit with a massive shipping cost upon them receiving the goods at the “China warehouse” at which point they will harass you to pay the insane shipping cost, discard the parcel and lose any refund, or pay for the shipping and insurance back to the seller (no doubt how they make most their revenue). 2. They changed my shipment method without me giving consent; I received a “problematic order” notification which said air shipping was not an option (after I paid for the goods) and I should change to sea shipment which would take much more time to deliver. I NEVER agreed to the change, however they went ahead and sent it out anyway so that they could lock me into some sort of secondary payment (where they make their revenue). I pointed out both these massive flaws in their operational processes and they “tried to help me” however they continued to insist I pay for the insane shipping to Singapore (where they make a crazy margin I’m sure) discard the parcel (which they resell at a profit), or pay for the return shipment plus insurance to the reseller (again taking a profit I’m sure). Hey SGshop! I figured out your scam! I just hope this review saves someone else from giving you a single cent.

Super disappointed with SGShop aftersales service. Pissed off and will never use their service anymore. Please read on if you intend to buy or sea shipping furniture or big item through them. 1. Delivered my purchase a 4fts fishtank (121cm by 43cm) by external shipping company on 29 sept 2017. Delivery men left in a hurry not waiting for me to check my item and told me to contact agent (SGshop) for any damage. 2. Personally checked the fish tank and found that the base was cracked and with shattered glass inside the tank. Emailed SGshop with photos immediately but no respond. 3. Called SGshop hotline on 1 Oct 2017 at 10am. Seeking their assistance to remove the damaged goods asap as not to block the passageway to the lift and not to cause any injury to neighbour. 4. However, i was referred to 2 departments and was told repeatedly that they dont provide services to collect back damage item. Nontheless, They are doing free service for me by calling their shipping company to pick up the damaged item. After 6hrs of waiting, received call from them at 530pm telling me that they can't collect the damaged item. Ask me to remove the item myself and they will refund me my purchase (Never say full refund). 5. The best that shock me was when i asked about the insurance that purchased from them for my fishtank. They proudly told me that the insurance does not cover the removal service which they cant provide and which i engaged. which means either i have to carry and dispose that bulky item or take money out from my own pocket to engage removal services. What amazed me is that they unintentionally revealed to me that they will not check goods that come in factory packing. No choice but to sucks thumb. *** Shall wait and see their refund process Whether full or partial refund. Will provide and feedback on their refund process.

I am surprise this company is still live and running. Customer Service was terrible, back and forth with their CSO for several months and no resolution from their end. My experience in 2017 gave me this burning passion to boycott this company: Purchased items from them but items were not just delayed, but there was additional charges which amounted to estimated $300++ which was not reflected in the checkout system. As this was clarified, I look passed this. But it did not stop here, aside from getting frustrated liaising with their CSO through e-mail, and the call with them led to nowhere but a waste of time. Their resolution for me was to ignore my messages and enquiries pinged via e-mail and the chatbot that I had to use other modes of communication (e.g. Facebook Messaging and Another SGShop account). It ended with them muting and the ban in facebook :). Proceed with caution. Ezbuy or Amazon my friends, it may look cheap, until they strike you back with additional charges and untrained poor quality customer service officers

SGshop is utterly disappointing. They charged sgcare fees and yet didnt take due diligence to make sure all my items are in working conditions. And while I sent email with video and pic of item and its own packaging, order and delivery ID numbers to seek help and replacement/exchange (not even asking for refund) for 1 item which is not working, this is their repeated response, “We will need you to provide a photograph of the packaging of the item including SGshop sticker for investigation and verification purposes. If not, we are unable to investigate and verify the matter to assist you further.” They insisted to have pic of the outer carton box which I have explained it was thrown away after I have torn apart the box and taken all the actual packages out of it. And cos of that they are refusing to act on it. It is obvious the items were purchased thru sgshop given the order and delivery ID numbers. I don’t understand how the company can just push customers away when we faced issues with the products by making use of such hard requirements against us. Even customer tries to seek help on such simple request yet no exceptions or further support can be provided. Really disappointed with the level of customer service of sgshop. Never face any such issues with many other merchants. This is terrible with the additional sgcare fees the company taken from me.
