I was here for checkup before i left singapore for overseas assignment and when i am back for pre employment check up again 3 years later , it is the same old disappointment. Did u guys really take feedback seriously? Rude registration staffs, made appointment but waited two hours to do x ray, urine test, and doctor consultation. What is efficiency to you? Spending two hours for a pre employment check up is insanely slow. When i questioned them due to the long wait for doctor consultation, they told me there are GP here so doctor has to juggle both. But my question is still, there is an appointment system in place doesn’t it?

Made an appointment for check up review but still had to wait for more than 45 mins. Worst thing is that the clinic is EMPTY after lunch time, non peak hour. I don’t know what the receptionists are doing but RM really needs to work on their operating system. What’s the point of booking appointments when the doctors/staff are not even ready.

I took a queue number first by scanning the QR code given. However, it took at least 30 minutes for the reception to register me to see the GP. All in all, it took 2 hours from the time I reached the clinic to collection of medicine. There was only a handful of patients waiting for GP consultation. It is the management’s fault for not putting enough staff to handle registrations, dispensing of meds & health screening appointments. It is not the staff’s fault. Nevertheless, it is a terrible experience and certainly the worst I have ever experienced. Hope management can improve.

Imagine spending 4 hours for check up at Singapore Land Tower brand and directed here for ultrasound because the equipment is down. I stressed that my appointment time must be followed strictly as I'm tired of waiting. Guess what? I have to wait almost an hour for ultrasound test that can be completed in 1 hour. Waste of travel and waiting time. So ridiculous.

The health screening staff were very professional and accommodating. Everyone was approachable and made the process smooth and comfortable. Special mention to Nurse Katelyn, who was exceptionally friendly and kind — she explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the screening. Thank you for the excellent care!

Had my health check at Raffles Medical @ Shaw Center. I was attended by Dr Phua, she was very attentive throughout the process. The entire team was professional and provided excellent assistance, make the experience smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by everyone involved.

Clearly an issue with the reception and scheduling management . Came earlier for an appointment that was scheduled for 11.30 am and waited beyond 1pm before scans are done. So it is a > 1.5 hours wait . It is strange for a clinic to accept scheduled appointments for things like scans which are relatively more predictable in terms of time needed. No issues with medical staff but the clinic should definitely look into the administrative management, attitude and ability to handle scheduling. Since it is already known there is a long list of patients who are waiting and there is only 1 room with facilities - there should have been application of mind to also inform those who just arrived there could be a longer wait. My scan needed me to hold my bladder and this is really disappointing to have a human with no empathy and such a shame that a machine can do a better job at this.

The reception staff’s service was extremely disappointing. I updated my status from EP to PR and entered my new PR NRIC during the online QR code registration. However, the staff failed to verify this with me and mistakenly used my old EP number for the medical certificate and dispensary records. When I pointed out the error, explaining that I needed the correct NRIC for insurance claims, the staff member reacted unprofessionally, displaying a poor attitude and claiming I hadn’t informed her of the change. She complained about having to re-enter the information and continued discussing it with her colleagues even after I returned to the waiting area. How was I supposed to know their system doesn’t sync with the details provided during online registration? As a result, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my medication. While Dr. Kaitlyn Tan was professional and kind, the reception staff’s poor service significantly detracted from the experience. I’d recommend avoiding this clinic if you’re already feeling unwell, as the frustration could negatively impact your mental well-being.

All the reviews about the long waiting time is real. Be prepared to wait very long, in my case 3 hours 45 mins even after arriving on time for my appointment, begging the question of why an appointment was even needed. Some of the ground crew even went for lunch by then.

I did my annual health screening from raffles shaw center on 20th Sep and it's 14 oct I don't have my reports. They said it takes 2 weeks but now when I call them they keep me on hold and disconnect. More excuses like we will inform the team, bla bla. God save me. Not choosing raffles medical ever again. Moreover a feedback to my company not to list them for yearly screening.
