Dr. Sii Hoe Leong, Nurse: Katelyn, and all staff at Shaw Centre whether front line or doctors, are superb professionals. Courteous, expeditious and know how to approach clients. Their level of professionalism is an envy to other industries. Not simply there to collect a paycheque but are passionate about their work and service.

1 hour unnecessary wait for payment! Went for a scheduled ultrasound, and was asked to pay. Payment still requires queue number to register, even though you registered in the appointment, unnecessary wait - 30 mins.. Additional wait of 30 mins.because they found out there was no request for the appointment because doctor or assistant failed to enter the request in the system from previous appointment.

Went in for a simple health check-up and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff and doctors were incredibly warm and welcoming! special thanks to Christian, Yaya, and Rita who really made me feel at ease. The whole process was fuss-free, quick, and conducted in a clean, comfortable environment.

such a inefficient medical system!!! My appointment was 9:15 and I arrived at 9, basically you just sit there for an hour + waiting for the check up!!! If you have only one nurse why don’t you arrange people come in during different slot? It’s ridiculous stupid arrangement and you pay a considerable number for waiting there! And what’s more they messed up my report with incorrect issue date!
