Bought a few times from their live, and each time when the size is not right (mostly because I am between sizes), the exchange policy is only 7 days from date of receipt and must be exchanged in-store. When I wanted an exchange of size, it is always out of stock for my item and the store policy is to exchange to a different product in the store. However, in the store, there are limited sizes for all their items and also those recent live items are usually not available in the store. Very disappointed as the selection of clothes during live is big and quality is good. The main issue is the refund policy. Hope the owner will work on this, like how most online stores will give store credits to be used within a fairly long time eg 1 year.
