This was a complete waste of my time. After receiving the form from GP, I called to schedule an ultrasound scan for my wrist. The staff here checked the details for the type of US and which hand. I showed up for the appointment, waited for nearly 1hr, and only to be told that they couldn’t do the type of scan from the form? They literally still confirmed my appointment and the type of US and at the end, the manager just said the staff didnt know? Literally, messy! I wont come back again.

Came to precious for an ART swab- customer service very slow, despite booking an appointment. Clinic has asked potentially covid positive patients to wait at the lobby. I felt dizzy so I asked for a chair which was given to me after 2 requests and v reluctantly.
Have been to other private clinics in paragon and by far this is the messiest and slowest. Might be short-handed but I really don't think putting potentially Covid positive patients in the corridor makes much sense. There was also only 1 other patient before and I think she too waited a pretty long time. It's almost as if they saw me coming, so oh there's one more waiting. I'm sure art swab tests can be done alot more efficiently and faster so patients can go home and rest asap. Also, staff insisted on getting my physical nric when I wanted to use my singpass app. What are giv regulations/recommendations for if the people on the ground are just inflexible? Gave in and finally gave her my nric..
Biggest discrepancy- an angmoh lady came and she automatically got offered a chair. Erm discrimination against locals/people actually feeling ill?

Very unsatisfactory front counter service. No clear explanation of why I was told to come for an appointment when the doctor was not around. Wasted our morning skipping work and bringing my child out from school.
There was also no clear directions when it came to payment. We basically waited to be called for payment to be made until we realised the patients after us have already made their payment and left.
I have definitely been to other imaging centres which are better organised and more professionally runned.
Overall a frustrating and time wasting experience.

Visited the clinic for the first time this morning for an ultrasound and was provided little assistance. While the ultrasound was fast, no other instructions or assistance was provided. After the ultrasound ended, I was told to change into my clothes and nothing more was said. I went back to the waiting area for around or more than 10 minutes. With no one calling me, I went to the reception and asked them what’s next. They said I was supposed to automatically go to them to make payment. I had to ask about the report and who will share with me etc. Not everyone visits a medical clinic often so please provide more guidance or assistance instead of assuming everyone knows the process.

I've went for a comprehensive healthscreening checkup scheduled on 17th Apr morning and doctor appointment to review my result on 2nd May.
The check up require to fast at least 8hr and after i have completed the blood test, I have to wait for my turn to do my ultrasound. The staff told me to have full bladder before my ultrasound and after waited for half an hour, I've approached the staffs and i was told to wait at least another 1hr or more as there are still 4 patients infront of me. I have fasted since last night and probably I could only end my sessions about 2 to 3pm. The staff told me either I wait for my turn or reschedule to another date. If i wait and complete the whole screening it could takes me about 5hrs instead of 2-3hr as mentioned by the staff. Therefore, I have rescheduled my ultrasound appointment.
1 day before my appointment, the staff informed my ultrasound and doctor appointment will be postponed to 3rd May at 930AM and 1130AM respectively.
After i've completed the ultrasound scan, I've informed the staff my doctor appointment is at 1130AM to review my result. The front desk suggested i go walk around first and come back by 1130AM. After I have came back, another colleague told me I've to wait for another 2hr.
In the first place, if they know the result won't be out within an hour or so, they should not fix the appointment 2hr after my scan and should not slot me in if they can't complete the screening within the 2-3hrs. I have pre planned my scheduled and took time off to set for all these appointments.
The front staff still tried to upgrade 2 of the test but she do not know well what is the differences between the current one and the upgrade test. Eventually I choose one of the test and afterwhich she told me I am not eligible due to age.
Afterall, they suggested to mail the report and doctor summary to my house without having reviewing my ultrasound scan result with the doctor personally.
The staff are very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed with their services! Paying $1600+ healthscreening and getting this kind of services.I have very bad experience with them and how can they keep postponing my appointments.

I visited your clinic on 05-Sept-2025 as a walk in.
I already had a test as well as a GP consult done at another clinic. However that clinic didn’t carry the medication I needed.
Because of that I walked into Precious medical and was told that while the clinic had the medication, the doctor had left for the day.
Instead of turning me away (which all of the other clinics I visited that day did), Priscilla from the front desk took the trouble to help me find another clinic nearby that had the medicine I needed and a doctor who could see me.
It is rare to see people go out of their way to help and I wanted to ensure I left my Thanks and Recommendations for Priscilla who is an asset for the Precious medical team. I will be sure to make the clinic my choice for my family’s medical needs and will also recommend to friends because of the impression Priscilla has left on me

The service received in Precious Medical was efficient and everyone was very helpful. Maria Udani handled my appointment and addressed all my needs very well. She did all the coordination with Dr. Tan. She was also very pleasant throughout the process. Dr. Tan was wonderful and very thorough. She explained every single test to me and made me feel comfortable. The person who took my blood was also fantastic. She found the vein quickly and it was painless. I will always come back to Precious for my executive check ups. They had records of my past visits and made it easy for Dr. Tan to see the changes from my tests today. Thank you Precious! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nurse Miss Ang Dionally for her exceptional care during my CT scan on 8th February.
She was very patient in explaining the procedure to me and ensured that all my questions were clearly answered. During the scan, she administered an injection in my left hand so skillfully that I did not feel any pain at all. When she noticed that I was a bit nervous, she took the time to calm me down, which I deeply appreciated.
After the scan, she followed up with me several times and carefully explained the necessary post-scan precautions. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a significant difference in my experience.
