Bee Cheng Hiang at Paragon showcases Singapore's most famous barbecued meat brand, serving bak kwa (barbecued pork slices) and meat snacks using traditional recipes and quality meats. Founded 1933, Bee Cheng Hiang (美珍香) has become synonymous with bak kwa, particularly during Chinese New Year when gift-giving traditions drive massive sales. The brand's charcoal-grilled pork slices balance sweet-savory marinade with smoky char and tender-chewy texture.
Product range spans multiple bak kwa variations including original sliced pork, minced pork providing softer texture, chili pork adding spicy kick, premium cuts using better meat grades, and chicken alternatives for non-pork consumers. Chinese sausages (lap cheong) offer another traditional preserved meat option. Special packaging transforms purchases into presentable gifts appropriate for business associates, relatives, and friends. The brand has expanded internationally while maintaining Singapore heritage. Retail outlets provide immediate gratification while online ordering serves those planning ahead. The Paragon location captures tourist traffic and local shoppers in Orchard's premium retail environment.

Service is slow with 3 staffs handling on a Friday evening. There is only a pair of indians buying at cashier, yet the other 2 staffs cant manage to attend to my query on the new launch of Korean BBQ meat.

Dear Sir,
Today around 7.15am-7.30am in Mrt Station of City Hall a lady whom I will address as Ms.Ms was having a bee chiang hiang bag as part of her belonging.Ms was wearing her left part of tshirt shoulder Orange colour right part of t-shirt shoulder blue colour middle different colour with Adidas symbol on chest. She was wearing Chain of gold heart pendant on her neck. She was tying red colour strings to white plastic bag on her lap then scratched her hair then continued tying to plastic bag.She dropped off at Newton Mrt.I did not expect that scratching hair is hygienic as plastic she tied would soon contain eating product.I am not sure why this was done in Mrt instead of at your outlet.
Kindly let me know why these unhygienic way was done in wrong place and measures taken for these actions of Ms.
Thanks
sam
The worst service ever and recommend to AVOID at all cost. Tricks customers to purchase large amount by assuring the products pass customs to destination countries. Once I found out it’s illegal, I wanted to return the individually vacuum sealed/unopen boxed gift sets the same day, but the sales person and manager told me there’s no refund.
Check and make sure you can travel back to your country with the product prior to the transaction.

People were kind and nice but the bakkwa were unfortunately far from good. I was able to taste the sourness in the bakkwa and my stomach was unwell after that

A nice shopping experience — the woman who assisted me was very helpful and walked me through the different products on offer. Several samples for you to try. Packaging is great for gifts.

The BEST BCH branch ... all the staff here are friendly and helpful, and the meat is grilled to perfection ... 2-3 days later it's still delicious and juicy, without any use of a fridge to store or a microwave/oven to re-heat. Awesome team, awesome product!!!

The service at this outlet is professional and efficient! Want to specially mention Mr Wong Wai Hong who could hold the fort so well when it was crowded and customers stood everywhere making the situation chaotic. He handled my redemptions very well and swiftly. I also noticed him serving the rest of the customers with huge orders and trying his best with the 101 requests.
Thank you for making my experience at Bee Cheng Hiang a happy one, especially with CNY around the corner.
What a gem of a worker in your organisation.
