Had a pre-surgical consultation done at MH Plastic Surgery on 18 August 2022 before proceeding with the actual surgery for my double eyelids on 2 September 2022. The customer service was great BEFORE I had anything done with them, however AFTER my procedure the after service quality were so substandard that I do not even know where to begin with. 1. I regretted not reading about the amount of numerous complains on online forums about the clinic. 2. Difficult to reach, had to CONSTANTLY chase them for a single response, the longest I have to wait was a total of two weeks for a single photo and the best part was the fact that after waiting that long, the photo they've sent wasn't even the one I wanted. 3. A call back was arranged on 7 January 2023 at 1.30pm and mutually agreed by both parties however, on that day itself they decided it was a good idea to have me notified at the very last minute whether I'm able to speak with Dr Huang at 12.30pm. Since I'm working obviously I wasn't able to see the message which was being sent by them, regardless after I failed to receive any calls I even had to be the one to message them what happened because they didn't couldn’t be bothered enough to text me in the first place, and their response subsequently? "Dr Huang has left the clinic as we did not get a reply from you and he is not feeling well." 👏🏻 The incompetent receptionist who made this arrangement doesn't even know the very clinic she's working at closes at 1pm on Saturdays. This displays a lack of professionalism, absolutely horrendous customer service with third world standards. Just glad that I've dodged a bullet and decided not to have any future procedures done with them anymore.
