Today is the first time my family went to shop Pomelo 313 Somerset for the first time to plan to buy new dressing for my wife for Chinese New Year 2024. My wife picked few items to try and felt comfortable. My daughter later planned to brought me to give opinion before she can make the final decision. The lady staff take care the fitting room stop my daughter and me immediately and not allow me to get close to my wife fitting room. After that, we decided not to buy any clothes from Pomelo and went to other shops nearby and finally bought with satisfaction. It will be a forever NO for this shop in the future. Pomelo, if you think females are the only customer decider then you are totally wrong. Also stop telling me about the safety nonsense, we are living in Singapore with highly secure and low criminal environment.

Super unpleasant experience. Ordered through Tap Try Buy service and received dirty pair of shoes. Told the staff and ask for an alternative like an exchange since I really like the shoes a lot. But the staff told me to make payment for it first and find the customer support which ended up asking me to return and refund as they don't provide an exchange service. Don't get it that since I have to get a refund, why did they even suggest me to make purchase first. I don't mind keeping the shoes since the dirt was minor, just unhappy about giving me hopes and the make payment first.

Used to purchase from them until I realized that my credits had expired and I was not notified whatsoever.
Upon checking with them they said customers can check their own app on credit validity date. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Am I supposed to check the validity every time I order and credit is issued. No email was sent at all about this expiry which is in itself a little shady that they quietly allowed it to expire without me knowing.
Also the CS provided no alternative to me even though the expiry was 3 days ago. It seemed to me that they did not care at all. I had around $25 worth of credits .

As per the previous reviewer, I had the same bad experience. The stocks were available on the website during 10/10 sales when I carted out and I had fully paid for it. My entire order was cancelled about a week later and an auto refund notification was provided on email. They provided a new discount code which now has a requirement of minimum purchase of $110 and discount code has to be used within 1 week from that email date (16/10) It does not make sense because the sales from 10/10 are no longer valid and that now, I have/am obliged to purchase more for other items I might not prefer given that the online/warehouse stock error was not from my end. I had emailed to customer service on 16/10 and have not receive a response since. I have been buying from this store since 2018 and am disappointed - will not be purchasing any more items from them further. I'm not sure how many other customers are affected but this review is directed to the online store (not physical store), had to review here as there are no other platforms.

Amazing prices, friendly n knowledgeable staff, and the variety mind boggling! Will be dropping in regularly to check out the sales and new collections! A little advise though..their sizes run big, so best to try the pieces before u buy. Especially online u might need to size down!

Went to pick up my online order to try before deciding if I want to buy and received really approachable and warm service by the staff at the 313 outlet. From good support at the fitting room to cashier and browsing around, the staff were all polite and smiley.

their clothings are very pretty and a little expensive if you're someone with a budget that's less than $40. the staffs there are very friendly and greets you with a smile when you enter the shop which is a plus point and the pick up service is really good as well. they have so many fitting rooms and it's all so big and luxurious 😍 this is my second time visiting the store and i highly recommend it.

Tap.Try.Buy was a breeze. Delivery to store was swift. Store had a queue system so there was a short wait for my items. Friendly fitting personnel prepped my items into a bag and brought me to the fitting room. Counter personnel was kind to assist me in changing some items due to in-store discounts. Overall it was a good “personalised” shopping experience and Pomelo refreshed my perspective of (physical) shopping! Thank you!

I can vouch that the service and experience on their website/app ESPECIALLY during sales is terrible and probably the worst that I experienced from a big company. HOWEVER, in this physical store, the service that I received from both cashiers on Saturday around 5--6pm was the entire opposite. They were friendly and helpful!
