the wisma outlet has staff with very bad attitude, just asked her some questions and she replied me with a sarcastic and impatient tone. she wears black rectangle spectacles, quite skinny & average height, and tied a ponytail. avoid!!!

This was my first time visiting this store, and definitely the last. I came because of their "buy one, get one free" dress promotion, intending to buy two dresses. However, one of them didn’t have my size. The staff told me that if I only bought one, it would be at full price — I agreed at the time.
Later, I changed my mind and decided to get two dresses after all, and I picked a second one that was actually cheaper than the original one I wanted — clearly still within the terms of their promotion. But the staff refused to honor the deal, saying that since I had already paid, it couldn’t be changed or refunded, with no flexibility whatsoever.
What upset me the most was her attitude — cold, impatient, and even somewhat rude. She completely lacked basic customer service skills and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. She acted like she was the owner of the place and didn't care about customer satisfaction at all.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never come back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone

I visited Somerset outlet on 2 March 2024 Sunday at about 3pm and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I greeted the cashier, but she didn’t even acknowledge me with a smile or any warmth.
Instead, she was busy counting cash while trying to serve me at the same time, which felt unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, her response was cold and devoid of any expression.
Despite being the only one in line, she seemed uninterested and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction.
This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last. It’s unfortunate that my first impression of this place was so negative.
I would appreciate it if the outlet manager could look into the service and update me. Thank you.

The staff (with red hair, thick bangs and on the chubby side) was scolding their employee in front of everyone for a tiny mistake which I overheard from other staff that the employee was new. However when the staff with red hair spoke to customers, she was nice and friendly. In my opinion, the staff with red hair is two faced and only acts friendly in front of customers and not their staff. Not very professional, playdress should hire people who are able good to everyone

My child had an accident in the shop. The ‘narrow’ display shelf toppled over when my child pulled on it and landed on her and my wife’s calf. I guess it was lucky that the heavy shelf was stopped by my wife’s calf and did not land fully on my child. Things could be worse. My child’s gum was hit by the shelf and was bleeding and her head landed heavily on the floor due to the impact of the heavy shelf. My wife’s calf was bruised and scratched.
Well, the ‘helpful’ young staffs continued to do their packing behind their counter. No one rendered their help . We were lucky to have a couple who helped to lift up the shelf from my wife and child. It was so heavy that one could not lift it up by herself. Alas, the shop designed it to be not child safe.
Please do something about the display shelf before another person is hurt.
The greatest disappointment is how humane the people who are working there. I believe anyone will reached out to help another who is in need of help.
It is our fault for not keeping keen eyes on our child and we are not blaming anyone. This serves to be a gentle reminder on our responsibilities as parents.
Such behaviour as shown from the people working there is a good testament to the previous reviews entered for this shop.

Staff there are nice to approach, especially staff named “Samantha” even made extra mile for me to make payment here and call other store to reserve for me. It was a nice experience.

Pretty nice clothes. prices are appropriate. They have a pretty wide range of styles, too, especially for more petite figures.

One of my fav go to place for shopping dresses. My last experience with Lisa was so nice! She went above and beyond to help me buy the dresses. With her guidance, I bought the dresses out of comfort zone and got so many compliments later.
The dresses are just so nice! You can wear them at work, casual, or at a party.
