We were at pinoy ave yesterday Oct 9 2022. We had a bad experience with the service and the treatment of the staff. Before we got in line, we asked the staff name Thelma and another female staff outside, if we could sit at the table specifically number 4. Then they agreed. There was a male staff member who was very rude and the way he approached us. We had already ordered food but we were been pushed away and transfer to another table. It was rude approach because imagine the food we brought there on the side next to the garbage. Where is the only seats available. They say it's not possible at that table because it's a budol fight. They should have said it earlier and at the same time I wish we had been told and talked to us properly and nicely , not in the rude way. Especially the man who served outside with the curly hair He was very rude I wish we had at least finished eating first, what is 30 minutes staying and eating and to think that there are a lot of tables that are still vacant. table 1 2 and 3. This is unacceptable and it's really a very disappointing experience. We will never come back again.
