This branch has a lowsy costumer services. All the staff are not friendly, very arrogant attitude. No matter how busy the situation the staff must polite and show respect to the customer. No heart for the supporter of the bank PNB. I come dowm to Lucky Plaza very slow services. I called them no answered. But if I come to office ypu will see they having chitchat-chitchat while working. Don't want to focus first to work so that can work properly.

Most of the employees in this company have been quite rude. As fellow Filipinos, we expected to be treated with respect, but instead, we were made to feel like we were less than others. There seems to be a lack of courtesy, and even simple inquiries are dismissed or ignored.
Working in a company does not give anyone the right to withhold information or treat others unfairly. Regardless of your position, every individual deserves to be treated with respect and kindness.
