This branch has a lowsy costumer services. All the staff are not friendly, very arrogant attitude. No matter how busy the situation the staff must polite and show respect to the customer. No heart for the supporter of the bank PNB. I come dowm to Lucky Plaza very slow services. I called them no answered. But if I come to office ypu will see they having chitchat-chitchat while working. Don't want to focus first to work so that can work properly.

The staff are very helpful and patient making opening account possible within the day. They are also super pleasant despite the long line they did their best to serve everyone.

Counter service lady, KC, was extremely helpful and polite. She always wears a smile. Assisted me in EVERY STEP of the way. Especially with explaining how to fill the forms and how he accounts works I am most impressed with her professionalism.

Most of the employees in this company have been quite rude. As fellow Filipinos, we expected to be treated with respect, but instead, we were made to feel like we were less than others. There seems to be a lack of courtesy, and even simple inquiries are dismissed or ignored. Working in a company does not give anyone the right to withhold information or treat others unfairly. Regardless of your position, every individual deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. We chose Philippine National Bank because we trusted your name and reputation. We hope that same loyalty and trust we give will be reflected in how your employees treat all customers—with dignity and professionalism. After all, we are all human beings.

This bank have a teller with no manners, beware... I encountered a teller asked me "is this really your account?" if not mine then whose? What an insult bruhh

Very unhelpful! Customer service doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Nobody answers their company phone then when u get there in the Lucky Plaza branch,they cannot even help you. They will give u a piece of paper of contact number and email that are unreachable too. I called the branch in the Philippines and learned from them that the Lucky Plaza branch can actually assist me with my digital bank reset. Ridiculous! The head of PNB must do something about this or close your Singapore branch! Malalaki na ulo ng mga staff nyo! Or maybe its rooted from the management and they dont do anything about it!
