The staff at the PNB Singapore branch are unhelpful and fail to resolve customer issues. The online app frequently has problems, and the staff are unfriendly and dismissive, making interactions unpleasant. It seems they need to replace their personnel to improve their service.

I came today to update my email address as the PNB in the Philippines incorrectly entered my email address. After updating my email address, I discovered that my phone number is also incorrect. It is so troublesome to go all the way to Lucky Plaza just to ask them to do their job properly. This is very inconvenient, as the OTP is being sent to a Philippine number that I don't even recognize. First, my email address was wrong, and now my phone number. Come on...

I visited the bank to reactivate my frozen account, do a withdrawal and to close it. The documentation required was humongous but the lady guiding me to complete the forms was patient despite my repeated errors. When I got to the transaction counter, I received good advice from the staff, including Johmel. This good support continued (virtually) for the next few weeks until the matters were resolved. This experience made me change my mind about closing the account and I've resumed actively using it. Thanks to the PNB Singapore staff for their professionalism!
