I went to eat many times everything is fine and today 09/08 when I taking my food the lady in the counter she didn’t send me the food .but she trying to give her 2 friends from Philippine first than me ..I told her I paid first why u give them friends first ..,she didn’t answer and ask me to wait …this kind of worker lady sure business will be down ..I won’t come to eat again …..bye pepper lunch express from now really horrible staff

Came here around 1230pm on June 7th. Food here is decent. Aside from the presence of a crazy foreigner lady customer berating a worker for not being able to speak mandarin (all because she didn’t understand the queue system), everything else was ok. Singapore is a multi ethnic country so let’s continue to keep it that way 🥰

the cashier was very rude. when it was my turn to order, the cashier left halfway when i was speaking to him. closed one eye for that one as he was busy with other orders. but when he took my order he aggressively tapped the screen and gave me the look.. can tell he was annoyed. when my order was done he held my food and i was confused why didnt he put it down. so i came closer i said “yes?” then suddenly i got shouted at, telling me to take my own tray. was so shocked. yes i knew it was my fault that i didnt know i was supposed to take the tray but atleast he could told me nicely. i understand if he had a rough day at work but that was very unprofessional. so rude. never coming back here again
