Zero stars if possible. Avoid this location at all costs. Came here to help my cousin open his student personal checking account. Scanned QR code and waited for 2.5 hours on the couch right in front of the counter staffs and we were not even approached. Staffs were joking around most of the time while we were waiting right in front of their face. When we were called, 3 female staffs came to serve and realized documents were not ready to be processed. This could have been done prior to the wait but the staffs were very unprofessional. We shouldn’t need to flash our private client status to get served equally quickly. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. Very unprofessional and amateur staffs who purely have no understanding of relationship banking. Utterly disappointing. Queue number was 9099. After that most customers realized how long the wait was and left.

Under premier banking but like no difference from the usual banking. Was channeled to a normal counter where we had to stand throughout. UOB does it better I guess.

My husband and I visited the OCBC Wisma Atria branch on 13 Aug 25.
We were served by a bank officer, Ms Jean Tan who provided clear and detailed explanations to all our banking enquiries. She was polite, friendly, and professional, making my visit a pleasant and smooth experience. We truly appreciate her excellent service.
