I got the que number for the busily account at 2:22pm, there were 7 customers in front of me. I have been waiting for my turn for 3 hours already… I understand sometimes it takes a long time for them to attend one customer. They have only one counter for business account and only 2 counters for personal account. They should prepare more counters to serve customers better.. Time is money.

Thought will be quick as there was 3 people only in front of my queue. But waiting for almost an hour here and still not yet. Should have split those require longer service or quick service in different queue. Or allow online banking or ATM to do it. Lucky it's only 3 people in front and not 10 !

April 2024 Came in 2:40 pm, waited for 16 mins with 2 persons in front of me. Branch manager is pretty helpful in resolving my dad’s issue since he is unable to travel from oversea. Problem unsolved yet, since he is going to reschedule out to me since I left my contact to him. Hopefully, he will follow through. Let’s see how this goes.

Waiting tine is ridiculously long. Have experience this not once but always. I was in the business queue. 1 person ahead of me. Waited for more than an hours but still not my turn yet. WHAT IS THIS!!! Went to T3 and staff told me can't let me know how long also

We were nearby so went to this branch to help my dad withdraw his govcash. The camera was too high for my dad to scan so the machine hanged at the face recognition screen and couldn’t proceed and couldn’t cancel, so I went to find the staff for help. One was occupied so he asked this lady staff to assist me instead but she replied with “I’m also busy, it’s self service”. Wouldn’t be angry if she didn’t say it’s “self service” so I went to her and said yes I know it’s self service I need her assistance since the machine hanged. She frowned and followed me, but the machine was working by the time she reached so she was sooo visibly displeased she asked “issit PRN?” I said yes and she went “PRN not this machine, is the big one! Use the big one!” Wow. First of all, what was that attitude???? Secondly, there’s no signage/notice beside any machines mentioning that we should only “use the big one” for gov payout. Thirdly, all atm machines had ‘government payout’ service as an option on the screen so we just used whichever was avail. Her attitude was just so uncalled for, can’t imagine how she assists the elderly who genuinely needs help since this is “sELf-sErViCe”.

Super long wait for a 2 min transaction. Waited 1 hour plus even though i was next in q. There are only 3 counters at the branch and only 2 counters operating which doesn't make sense. There are many staffs and service ambassadors standing around. Suggest they could help with counter service when it gets busy. Best to avoid this branch.

I would like to thank Chris for his excellent assistance today. My banking app was locked, and he helped me patiently and kindly. His professionalism and warm attitude really made the experience much easier.
