I has been a while since I ate at mos. Reason being served cold burgers and they no longer provide mayonnaise as well. Today, I saw they have this new rice burger and decided to give it a try. The staffs were polite and the rice burger was served HOT. I love it! Delicious! It tasted like teriyaki chicken which I like. Makes me want to order a second one. Too bad am a small eater. Will definitely, order again soon. I like this branch as it is not crowded and are more relaxing.

Came just before dinner. Service is almost non-existent, need to do everything yourself from ordering at the kiosk to collecting. The rest are standard fare like most fast food restaurants. The place is reasonably clean as it is off peak hour when we visited.

The burger is nice. To order, you will need to use the machine to order and payment by card is accepted. Ample seats as well.

If you want a quick and hearty snack, MosBurger will do. The food here is fast, the menu of snacks and drinks is varied, and you can order via self-service electronic counters. I took home two burgers, fries and a coke. I can't give MosBurger the highest rating for several reasons. The burgers are small, the burgers have too much mayonnaise. Personally, I prefer ketchup.

Didn't expect the staff to use a regular tape to pack the burger. First time ever, when open the package ripe due to the tape. Even the plating of the burger - cheese, sauce, onion was the worst I ever seen from all the mos burger food i ate. The screen that was suppose to show the queue number, was shown as window, till finally when staff revert back to queue no screen.

18mins for a takeaway burger and fries. I came before lunch hour rush. my order was first on the list to be prepared. Five other orders came after mine, and somehow four of them got served before I did. Asked when my food would come and was met with a nonchalant response. Not coming here again. Good luck to MOS.

The taste remain the same for the Teriyaki Chicken Burger... Love the taste and burger consistancy... basically no services at all, we order and paid and go to the reception kitchen counter.. 5 minutes wait.. Mos Burger now lack the human touch and experiences, which for me is very important. The decor and design is so old and 10yrs ago, which make this place is not very inviting and not relevant... Very sad because it was my favorite place to go 20yrs ago 🥲🥲😋😋

Good for a fast meal. Double cheeseburger was how i remember it to be. The food arrived promptly after ordered, around 10 mins of wait. However, the fries and set were pricy compared to the burger itself.

Ordered the oknomiyaki rice burger. $6.75. Tastes alright, but very messy to eat. Had to eat it the burger with a spoon! Self order only. And the server behind the counter never smiled or spoke once. Hence the low service rating.

Had to wait 30 mins for 2 burgers. This is clearly a serious management issue. Unacceptable serve time for what is clearly a fast food restaurant.
