Had to wait 30 mins for 2 burgers. This is clearly a serious management issue. Unacceptable serve time for what is clearly a fast food restaurant.

Incredibly dirty. A tokyo-origin brand yet so poorly executed locally. Shame. The trash area looks really unhygienic. And the kitchen also looks questionable. The Japanese standard of cleanliness is nowhere to be seen here. PS I ordered the new fried chicken. It came with a thick fatty layer of skin. Well since i ordered fried chicken, there it is. In all its greasy gory. Serve me right. lol.

Food quality has dropped tremendously. An order of 2 cheeseburgers took 30mins. Portion was small and price increased! So disappointed.
Service and hygiene at this outlet is bad. Counter staff used gloves to take orders, touched money, grabbed the mop and touched the dustbin and finally, packed my cheeseburgers and tissue into a takeaway bag at the kitchen. I followed her there to see if she would throw away the dirty gloves but she used the same ones to pack my food. Absolutely disgusting. Outlet was clearly understaffed.

Wow this has got to be the best mosburger I’ve had so far. The beef patty is grilled so nicely that I can taste the crisp of the charred meat! So nice, I love it. The sauce complements it too.
The bbq sauce came on the side which was a nice idea as you can adjust how much you want to put it in your burger.
Other than that, the staffs are all near the kitchen and nobody were at the counter. While we can order at the self-counter it’s weird that human interaction is decreasing.
The outlet was rather empty too, oh wells, it’s centre point.

Standard dropped so much. Dirty table and chair. Nobody clean. Maybe expect customer to self clean. The rice burger got no sauce . Hamburger is cold. The Japanese brand owner need to come in otherwise brand spoil by francheee

For around $10 at ION Orchard, you can get a burger with fries and a drink. If you’re short of time and have to grab something nearby, this is a decent spot because there’s ample seating available.
Nothing fancy, but at least it doesn’t feel as unhealthy as some other fast food options. Of course, if you’ve got the time then please find someplace else.
But for the accessibility, availability and decent taste, it passes.

OK prices have gone up I understand that. Have eaten at this chain regularly for years now maybe once every 2 months or so. But since when do you need to ask for napkins? And when you do ask you get a single sheet. Hmmm
Not a deal breaker but seems a bit off putting.

Thought I'd give MOS Burger a try today, Have seen it on YouTube etc. We don't have this back in Australia. The burgers were fresh and service was good, However taste was pretty average. I would definitely come back but not something that's I'd rave about.

The burger meat was on the fatty side, but the taste was decent, not too salty, which I appreciated. Service was moderately fast, and the staff were polite and courteous.

Visited Mos Burger close to closing time and wanted to order a couple of items. The self manned machines did not allow for customisation of burgers but the chef at the counter was kind enough to manually take down the customisation after I made payment via self manned machine and asked if it was possible. Even the food that was for takeaway was placed in such a neat and orderly manner to bring home without any spillage and packed nicely. Staff were really polite. Good food , great service would definitely come again!
