I was very disappointed on the marketing side on how they approached me via WhatsApp and call. They called around 23 July 2023 told that I have a complimentary facial because I did HIFU from their parent company last year. The whole process goes like this… The appointment was successfully scheduled on 10 August 2023. They whatsapped via 2 numbers, 1 being the marketing team and the other one is the company itself. They called again on the 5 August 2023. Being told that I was on a “waitlist” hence, my appointment wasn’t confirmed. After I provided screenshots for them, they replied, mentioned that it was actually due to shortage of staff cos of MC. And I accepted that. However, fast forwarded, I came on the 17 August 2023 and the lady consultant named Siew Siew explained to me on the reason for my acne breakout, hence, crossed sell a $120 treatment for extraction, in which, I have asked in advance if extraction will be included. She further explained that the whole treatment was cost around $600 and she will be undergone 2 quarter of complimentary treatment worth $400 and I will need to do a top up for the rest, but it’s optional, she said. But she further add on, it’s all depends on yourself if you want to top up for extraction because I see that your face needed it. When I explained the whole situation to Siew Siew, she responded “You should talk to the marketing department instead about this issue directly, do you want me to call them now?”. I was very disappointed on the whole process and how they dealt with the situation.
