The driver Mr Fadly who supposed to pick up the box was very rude. He needs to be trained on how to talk to customer. If he is lazy, then he dont deserved his job.

Poor service, until now my family haven't receive the box up to nowthey collected july26 to deliver in paran̈aque city, but sad to say they said haven't release from the customs which is so worrying are they paying tax what makes the customs hold the cargo? Rate this 2 star

Lousy service lousy customer service agent. Highly do not recommend their service. Rude customer service staff. Give excuses rather than give solution. Used to be good company but I guess as your grow bigger you get more complacent. Would give zero star if there was such an option.

Very bad service, refuse to call manager to resolve issue. Double collection of money, lie to customer to make a trip down and never pay. Had to threaten them with police, then they return. this kind of business ethics wont bring them far. Use them if you have so much free time and extra cash for all the bus/mrt that they deem is free. They think the boss time is very valuable but not the customer. i wish him all the best in his health.

Overall service was excellent. Highly recommended. I ordered the empty box from their office, the staffs were really kind and nice. The worker too, who picked up my box was very nice, gentle in handling it. Picked up on August 7 and delivered to my family September 4, intact in good condition. Very efficient! Metrobox Express Pte Ltd,Singapore delivered my 3 Upsize n 1 small carton boxes to Philippines,Region 1,Sta Cruz,Ilocos Sur,Mambog. Collected in Singapore on 12/8/2025 n delivered received on 3/9/2035( 3weeks,2days),fast service.Delivery guys were careful handling our boxes.No damages n all customs security seals not broken.Tq Metrobox Express Pte Ltd Singapore.Will recommend frens n associates.

I had sent three upsize boxes. The two boxes were picked up ten days apart from the third box. It appears to be a 30 day transit from ladened box to arrival in Manila port. Door to door delivery was five weeks to me in MM.The boxes were all delivered to me the same time in the Philippines. The boxes were in very good shape. The only challenge I had was the lack of arrival notification because my condo has limited receipt time from 8am-6pm and require gate pass. The SG contact was very responsive and accommodating to complete the delivery. Hopefully it becomes a standard to give at least one day notice. Overall I am very satisfied that the boxes were really sturdy and hence the contents in my box were in similar as I had packed! Many thanks!!

I am from mindanao..and it takes too much days to recieved my box..thankfully..they deliver it the day as they said…this is not the only time i send box to my family..guarantisadong dadating talaga sa aming door ..thank you staff for attending my calls and message ..thank you for the best cargo since 2010 ..dumadating ung box ko tru ur cargo..kudos to all staff👏job well done talaga..i will send again tru this cargo again😘..trusted!
